Coral Breeze (Unidades A y B) es su nuevo paraíso. Cada lado de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños de este adorable dúplex cuenta con todo lo que necesita para sus vacaciones en la isla. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king size con baño en suite con acceso directo a su patio tropical tiki y piscina privada climatizada. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con 2 camas individuales y la sala de estar tiene un sofá cama fabuloso. La cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable y tiene todas las comodidades que tendría en su hogar. Estás a solo 2 minutos a pie del hermoso Golfo de México, donde puedes ver muchas hermosas puestas de sol o pasar el día simplemente disfrutando del sonido de las olas. Vea lo que la adorable Anna Maria Island tiene para ofrecer con sus exclusivas boutiques y fantásticos restaurantes, ya sea a pie o en el paseo en tranvía gratuito. Es posible que incluso desee reservar ambos lados del dúplex para reuniones familiares o grandes reuniones donde pueda dormir 8 y tener DOS piscinas y cuatro dormitorios. Perfect distance to the beach

Loved the closeness to the beach and private backyard pool. Decor was super cute. Just the right size for 4 adults. Very clean and fresh feel. We had a great time. Only comment would be to be aware that the second bathroom does not have an exhaust fan (or at least we never found the switch) and it got mighty hot in there after showering. Also in the master bath we could hear our neighbors conversation plain as day if they were in their master bath at the same time. We didn’t care but thought I’d make that known to future renters. Thanks again for a lovely vacation.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great 2 bed home very close to beach. Loved the pool and backyard space. Plenty of shade and sun. Really nice pool guy (Ron) and beach wagon. Not all beach chairs in good shape and didn’t get a replacement as requested. The master bath has a funky smell like rotten eggs. The real complaint is that the living room furniture was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! After a Long Beach day all we wanted to do was read or watch tv. The couch and 2 bucket chairs were terrible! Looked cute but not functional at all. It really put a damper on our trip.

3 weeks in paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were able to spend our vacation in this beautiful house for the 3rd time. The covered parking lot is ideal for getting in and out dry in the rain or getting into a car that is not overheated at midday when it is very hot. The covered veranda is also a big plus. We used the small table in the pool almost every day for an aperitif in the pool, a great way to end the day. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for 3 weeks. We also used the barbecue almost every day and the steaks were simply delicious (tip: buy the meat in the Chop Shop, Bradenton - 1A quality). In 5 minutes you are at one of the most beautiful beaches, and the small beach trolley was perfect for transporting the cool box and the tent.We will also book the Coral Breeze A for our next vacation on AMI. We will be happy to come back again and again.

Family Vacay!

Location of the property was great! Pool was constantly 81, which was great for the kiddos, even when the outside temp was low 70s. Only wishlist for this property would be more spices (simple as salt/pepper) at the house for cooking and food storage - had to improvise on storage and buy spices. Would stay here again!

Not that I was expecting.....

The stay was overrall good. We love the island. This property was OK. Need some updates, like the A/C that needs to be replaced, it dosen't work properly, the cleanliness.... not so good.... the pool was dirty at he time of the check in...

The living room furniture is ok, not the most comfortable, and an ottoman or two would be great to add for improved comfort. The kitchen is nice, slightly tight, but functional. However, the dishwasher needs to be replaced as it washes dishes poorly, the wheels on the bottom basket keep falling off and it doesn’t dry dishes at all. Overall, this place has become our go to place when we visit AMI

We love the privacy of the pool and the proximity to the beach. If I had any complaints, I would say the floors could be cleaned better and the beach cart would be better if it was a wagon.

The main living area of the property and kitchen were great. The bedrooms could use a little updating. The beach amenities could use an update with nicer chairs and some sand toys. TV in living room needs attention. Perhaps a battery in the remote. 3:00pm would be better check-in even though we realize time needs to be allowed for cleaning but a 4:00pm is loss of a day. Other rentals we have visited are better stocked. Overall we had a great stay.

Nice place close to beach

Good location. Quiet area and close to beach. Enjoyed the covered area which allowed us to sit outside and take a break from the sun. Only 1 mile from Pune Avenue shops. Only issue is kitchen did not have oven mitts and no grill utensils. Also no flat baking pans to heat up food in oven. Overall this was very nice
