35 Davis Love is a spacious newly remodeled lovely two-story home located in the heart of Fripp Island. Just a short golf cart ride to the Ocean Marina, Bonito Boathouse, Atlantic Ocean and Fripp's Lovely Beach, Ocean Creek Golf Course, Cabana Club and so much more. This three-bedroom, three-full-bath home is perfect for visitors who are interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many amenities. This property comfortably accommodates up to 10 people and has a large screened in porch with a gorgeous view of Ocean Creek Golf Course fairway.

35 Davis Love features a large open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining. Each bedroom has a full en suite bathroom. The primary bedroom has a king mattress and a jacuzzi tub. Both 1st floor bedrooms have a queen and a full mattress (2 fulls and 2 queens in total). Thoughtfully decorated with light colors and beach decor. Gorgeous granite countertops and new full-size appliances in the kitchen.

Features include a gas grill, outdoor shower for easy beach cleanup, Smart TVs in all rooms and living room with Youtube TV Live Television and high-speed wireless internet throughout the home. Keurig coffee maker and stainless-steel appliances, with a full-size washer and dryer off the guest bedroom bath.

Getting to know Fripp Island:
Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddle board, kayak, boat, and golf cart rentals available.

Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to many whitetail deer and other amazing wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.

A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental. Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to the Food Court for some ice cream!

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
