This second floor Beach Club Villa is centrally located to all the Fripp Island fun. Guest staying here will experience breathtaking views of the marsh from the comfort of a spacious screened porch equipped with a hightop table and 4 chairs or walk across the street to take in a gorgeous sunset on the beach. The kitchen is well equipped, so you can enjoy cooking while taking in the amazing Lowcountry views. This two-bedroom, two-bath villa sleeps up to 4 people with all the comforts of home.

Amazing view and location, but a bit on the rustic side

This property has an amazing porch view of the marsh and creek and the location was the best part. You can easily walk to the beach, tennis, marsh walk, resort club, etc. The rooms/beds were okay but the bathrooms could definitely use some TLC, such as shower door and plumbing fixture repairs. The kitchen is nice and updated and very well stocked with cooking equipment. It is pet-friendly and there was definitely some evidence of dogs left behind. Overall we had a good stay and would come back if some bathroom and bed updates were addressed.

Cute decorations, but multiple serious issues!!Oven not installed properly and falls out when openedAir vent cover fell off ceiling in bedroomTVs in bedrooms dont work. One didn't have a remoteMater bath toilet handle was brokenCute lights on porch didn't have extension chord to plug. Fan on porch also did not work.Extension chord ran across hallway to our wadher/ dryer combo. Scary!!!!!Washer/dryer took 3 hrs to kind of dry 3 towels. Not ideal for a beach vacation.No door on HVAC unit storage closet, exposed wires. Keurig in kitchen, but didn't work. Should be removed.Advertised walk in closets in master bedroom, but had patio furniture occupying half of it.Definitely advertised ammenity cards available for purchase when we booked. This was a major selling point for us! But when we arrived, realtor said this had changed!!!!!!!

Week at 190 Beach Club

Overall it was a good visit. Sarah was very responsive and respectful. Checking in and out were easy. The property was clean and basically as advertized, but there are some things that need to be addressed. Here is a list:1) No remote for the TV in the 2nd bedroom (previous guests took the one that was there with them).2) The remote for the TV in the master bedroom did not work. I had to actually unplug that TV to turn off the picture so I could sleep.3) I think host should replace the dining room table and chairs with a new set (but, what's there now is functional).4) The lock to the sliding glass door to the balcony did not work.5) To me, the matress of the king size bed in the master bedroom was too soft. Don't know how old that bed is, but if it is very old, host should consider replacing it.6) The combined washer/dryer took WAY too long to do a load of clothes (as compared to what we expected anyway). Doing 3 loads of clothes basically took all day. That machine appears to be relatively new, so I'm not sure what can be done about this. Guests just need to plan accordingly (we didn't!).7) I had to spend some time cleaning the regular coffee maker before 1st use. For some reason, there were a bunch of coffee grinds inside it. The coffee maker works fine; I think previous guest(s) were just careless and somehow spilled them inside the coffee maker. My recommendation for host though is to buy a new coffee maker as the existing one appears to be old.

Weekend Getaway

A quick weekend getaway with friends. Great location,Great view. The place was amazing and would stay again. The parking was not so desirable. Other than that, We had a Great time and would recommend this stay. Look forward to returning.

SC 2025 trip

Condo was as shown in photos and is just a short walk to beach accesses. Condo is right behind tennis courts and driveway to access parking is right beside last tennis/pickleball court. Condo was clean, kitchen well stocked with dishes, silverware, & pots. We couldn't get the kcup to work but coffee & filters were provided for the regular coffee maker. Only issue was no door on heatpump which created as issue with our dog when we first arrived. Owner stated that heatpump had just been replaced & new custom door was on order.

Comfy, convenient, and cozy

Things started off a little rough because we arrived and the rental hadn't been cleaned after the previous guests. This was due to a mixup with the cleaners who thought we were owners, and not renters, so they left the linens/trash/etc. After contacting Sarah this was quickly resolved. The owners of the cleaning company drove out personally to bring us clean linens and could not have been nicer. There was damage to the outdoor patio fan which was also repaired during our stay. Sarah was a kind, responsive, and cordial host. Thank you for a relaxing week at your property!

Quiet Beach Paradise

This was a great place to stay! We had never been to Fripp Island - and it was one of the most relaxing and comfortable places we have rented yet. The host was so accommodating and answered every question we had. The wildlife is amazing and it's so nice and quiet there. We definitely will come back when we can stay longer. Thank you Sarah for sharing your home with us.:)

Perfect for adults and their good dogs

We had the best time walking on the beach, riding our bikes, enjoying being outside with our dog on Fripp. This condo is perfect for couples or couples and friends who also have good doggies.

Wonderful 4 day stay in Fripp!

We love visiting Fripp. This condo was conveniently located to everything. We found it to be very clean and updated and very comfortable. Sarah was a great hostess and was there to answer any question we had. The golf cart was amazing! I would recommend this condo to everyone. Thank you Sarah for having us.

Our beach club vacation at Fripp

Our stay at the beach house was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and the beach. It was relaxing refreshing and a very happy time with my family. Thank you Sarah for making this possible now it’s back to Springfield Missouri to the horrible weather there.

Good choice

The condo is well located in a hub of activity conveniently close to the beach, pickle ball courts, tennis courts and walking trail. It has a nice view of the marsh. Recommend getting amenties passes as one cannot do anything without these on the island including dining at the restaurant on the golf course! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
