This luxury contemporary house located in Cap-à-l'aigle (La Malbaie), in Charlevoix, offers a unique stay experience. The ascent of the hill, then of the staircase of the house, allows these impressive views of the river, the Malbaie River estuary and the Mont des Eboulements. Upstairs, the heart of the house, housed between the evening terrace and the morning terrace, offers panoramic views of the exceptional setting of Charlevoix.
Two heaped blocks of ice lie in the clearing. Abandoned by the torrent, scarred by hardship, vulnerable to the sun's assaults, they merge and embrace in a final embrace. Sometimes crystalline, sometimes downy, their whiteness celebrates the light, their transparency evokes their distant source. Hints of tundra, promises of life, cover the soothed blocks with their quilt. L'Embâcle is a tribute to the North, and to the conquest of the North.

Climbing up the hill, then the staircase to the house, offers impressive views of the river, the Malbaie estuary and Mont des Éboulements. This contemporary luxury home in Cap-à-l'aigle (La Malbaie), Charlevoix, offers a unique living experience. On the first floor, the heart of the house, nestled between the evening and morning terraces, offers panoramic views of Charlevoix's exceptional scenery. Dining room, kitchen and living room spread out under a bleached wood ceiling. At the rear, a boudoir offers a place to relax on the forest side. On the garden level, nestled beneath the upper volume in the intimacy of the clearing, the pool, terrace and spa offer a pleasant place to relax, protected from the wind and bathed in sunshine. The bright bedrooms also benefit from the intimacy of the undergrowth.

Pets allowed except cats. Pets are welcome in the house and are held to the same standards as everyone else in a luxury home, with top-of-the-range equipment and furnishings. The house and grounds must be left clean, free of excrement and mess. You are the best judge of your pet's behavior.
