Upon stepping in the entrance and suites level, one is immediately struck with the breathtaking views of the St-Lawrence River as well as the generous volumes emphasized by the 19 feet high ceiling of the mezzanine area. The vast outdoor terrace (900 sq ft) acts as an extension to the open-concept garden level floor. The large sliding window doors allow for seamless movement from inside to outside (vice versa) and give way to the soothing sound of the stream located a few meters from the Villa. From the terrace rises a green space/land in harmony with the river. The entrance and suites level floor has been designed so that each suite offers private moments to residents, always in the comfort of scenic views and light.

A few minutes' walk away you have access to Le Hameau, a peaceful place where there is a swimming pool, tennis court, and several indoor (with pool table, fireplace lounge) and outdoor relaxation areas.
