Guests can venture out into the sea with the available kayaks (complementary). Recent guests kayaking to the right of the False Cayes (0.4-mile kayak ride from Maya Moon) found a snorkeling paradise that includes coral and a variety of fish. Snorkeling gear can be rented at Azure del Mar next door.
Within short driving distances is a variety of activities that includes access to a gym, pickleball courts, mini golf, and a bowling alley. A short drive to Placencia village offers cultural experiences, artisan shops, and beachside bars. This property has two houses - The gated auto entrance, parking area, path, laundry room and kayaks are shared with one other house. You can rent the Maya Moon Beach Retreat if you would like the entire property to yourself. Please contact us for this information.

Although basic amenities are provided, the property is self-catering with no daily linen or cleaning service, which means more amenities may need to be purchased during your stay. There is routine beach cleaning with additional cleaning upon request. This may be preformed without notice.
Also note that for bookings over 3 weeks housekeeping will be done at 2 week intervals. There is no charge for this to guests.
