MASTER SUITE #1: Located on the second level, this suite offers a queen size bed, a walk-in closet, 50-inch TV and private access to its own porch with greenway and intercoastal waterway views. En-suite bathroom with glass encased shower.

BEDROOM #2: Also located on the second level, this suite offers a dual queen bunk bed with memory foam mattresses. There is a 50” smart TV mounted for convenience. The bathroom includes a spacious shower with tub.

MASTER SUITE #3: Located on the third level, this suite offers a King temperpedic mattress . There is an ensuite bathroom with shower and dual vanity, a 50-inch TV and access to the porch overlooking the back yard.

MASTER SUITE #4: Located on the third level, this bedroom offers a firm King Bed and 50-inch TV. There is a walk in closet and an en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower with bench.

KITCHEN AND DINING: The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with appliances including coffee maker, blender, toaster, waffle maker and crock pot.
There is a 5-burner gas stove and oven, refrigerator with ice maker, in island microwave and dishwasher. The large dining table comfortably seats eight with additional seating for three at the kitchen island. Patio door leads out to a porch with patio table and chairs and beautiful yet private views.

LIVING AREA: The living space includes comfortable seating, a 65-in TV, and some of the best views in the house. A pair of bar stools make great conversation possible with the kitchen. Patio door leads out to a spacious porch with outdoor seating and access to the crows nest.

GAME ROOM/SITTING ROOM: On the first level, at the entrance to the townhome, you'll find an additional area for gaming, reading or enjoying the 65-inch TV. There is a bench seating area off the entry way for storing shoes and coats easily.

GROUND LEVEL: Park up to 4 vehicles underneath the home. Beach chairs for your use are in one of the ground level storage spaces. There's an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand from your day at the beach.
A private back yard and fire pit provides additional space for an evening under the stars.

FAMILY FRIENDLY: There's plenty to do for children of all ages. However, because our vacation home is on three levels, it may not be suitable for infants and toddlers. For their safety, we do not allow children to ride the elevator without an adult. The elevator is a utility elevator so its main purpose is for luggage transport as well as grocery transport to the top floor kitchen.

CLEANING STANDARDS: We take immense pride in the cleaning of our home so rest assured that the house not only follows recommended guidelines but exceeds them.
* We sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknobs.
* We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination.
* We clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists.
* We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay.
* We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines.

Exterior cameras are placed at the front door, back porch and parking level for home security. There are no cameras inside the home.
