Hermoso condominio frente al mar de 3 habitaciones, 2 baños en un pequeño edificio de 4 unidades. Disfrute de la amplia cocina y sala de estar con vistas directas al golfo. Gran patio para disfrutar de hermosas puestas de sol y vistas. Este condominio es luminoso y acogedor, con un gran dormitorio principal y baño. El primer dormitorio de invitados es perfecto para niños, con dos juegos de literas, mientras que el segundo incluye una cama tamaño queen. We had a fantastic stay, the apartment was clean and had nice interior furnishings and decor. There were comfortable chairs with foot rests on the outside deck, on which we spent a lot of time enjoying the views. We love that there are so many restaurants and cafe's within walking distance, with the option to walk on the beach or sidewalks. The hosts were very responsive and kind.

My family and I had a great stay at Gaarie and Elaine’s. The unit is spacious, clean and quiet, the beds are comfortable, there is plenty of onsite parking, and the view is unmatched. The location is great – steps from the ocean and plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. My grandchildren loved the bunk room and all of the toys provided. There are plenty of towels (bath and beach), household items (pots, pans, plates, platters), and beach and pool toys to make for a great stay. We had an issue with the refrigerator during our stay, and Gaarie and Elaine went above and beyond to help. They were prompt in replying, by phone, text, and in person, and were extremely gracious in finding a resolution. Gaarie and Elaine are terrific hosts and we look forward to our next stay.

We had such a lovely week at this beautiful condo right on the beach. The condo was very clean, cozy, and had everything you could possibly need. The heated pool was perfect for our family and we loved the beach and beautiful views. Can’t beat the sunsets! Great restaurants (Guppy’s, Keegan’s Seafood Grill, Cocos) and two delicious bakeries/cafes within walking distance. Even with a cold front that came through, we had a wonderful week! Gaerie and Elaine were amazing host. So sweet and very accommodating. We can’t wait to return!!

Amazing Stay!

This is our 3rd year staying at this property and we will be back again next year! We love that this is right on the beach, a must must when you have little kids. Our kids loved going back and forth between the pool and beach with ease. Gorgeous view, quiet property. Excellent all around!

Perfect Beach Vacation Home!

Everything was perfect—the condo was well equipped, plenty of bath and beach towels for 8 people, beautifully decorated and clean. The owners even left a 21st birthday card for my son. We could not be more pleased with our stay! Top notch!

We loved staying at this condo! They had multiple beach towels and bath towels which was helpful for the kiddos! The pool was just below the condo and the view of the beach was beautiful! We loved the balcony facing the ocean! We will return! Thank you!!

AMAZING!!! We absolutely loved our stay here this week The condo was so beautiful! It was the most well stocked place we've ever stayed over the years, from dishes, cooking supplies, coffee choices, to towels (both bath and beach), paper products, beach chairs and toys, the entire stay was great! The beds were all so comfortable and bathrooms were so nice! The pool was fantastic and clean, and the short walk to the gorgeous beach was so convenient. The view from the balcony was breathtaking every evening! We had the pleasure of meeting Elaine during our stay and she was so sweet and truly cares about her guests having a wonderful stay! We will absolutely return again!

After living in Tampa for 30 years, we decided to move to Indian Rocks beach 15 years ago. We live on the intracoastal waterway 10 blocks from this beautiful condo on Indian Rocks Beach. As boating and golf enthusiasts, we love this small beach community. We now have this wonderful second home for our family gatherings..

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We would have never considered anywhere other than Indian Rocks Beach. This condo is one of only 4 units. We are within walking distance of great restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, and most anything else you may need.
I think we knew the moment we first walked into this home that this was exactly what we had been looking for. The living area is really large for this size unit because the master bedroom is in the front of the home. That opens the whole living and dining area to those large sliding glass doors exposing those beautiful views shown in the pictures.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Small 4 unit building with covered parking, beautiful heated pool and deck area, in a wonderful section of IRB, just steps away from one of the best beaches in Florida. Clearwater Beach has been named best in the U.S. for the second straight year. IRB is just as beautiful without the crowds.
