Modern Monroe Home, Close to CLT

I'm not sure if other host will get to see this before letting this person book their property but If I can prevent anyone else in this world having to go through what we did with guest then its worth me writing this. This was with out a doubt the worst guest Ive had stay at anyone of my properties in the 5 years Ive been hosting. This in my opinion is the definition of predatory behavior. This guest from the second they walked into the house was lying about everything they could find and broke multiple things and then took pictures and said they're broken. They also failed to mention that the first night when they called me I sent a handy man to fix the window immediately at which point he told me nothing was broken and then guests just couldn't figure out how to use a window. Next I called my cleaner to come back at which point they sent them away and then i had them come back the next day as well to clean at which point they said it was fine and not to clean. We have fruit trees in the yard and occaccionally ants do get in at which point I called the pest control as well at which point they refused again to have them spray the home. The lawn care wasn't able to come because of storms that week at which point they complained to me that they couldnt use the yard because of all the sticks. The grill was not broken or rusted it just needed a good brush and have never had anyone complain about it in 2 years. The fire pit needs ignition just like a grill would after time and we provide lighters and also we sent an amazon order day one with lighters, and ice trays The spatulas is the best part during this stay I sent them 8 different spatulas since the first set of spatuals wasnt to their liking....They needed "egg flipping spatulas" Were also in talks with the city to close the road down for all the noise since thats our fault as well. The dressers is a straight up lie they took them off the tracks and laid them on the bed and took a picture and said they're broken. After all of this and calls and texts everyday I finally offered them to leave early and refund the rest of their stay but they wanted to stay so that they could try and get VRBO to give them 50% off. They are predators do not rent to them if you can help it, they will try and take advantage of anything they can this is what they do. If anyone reads this just look at past reviews or the 94 reviews on other platforms. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else like it did to us. The worst 3 weeks of my hosting career!
