It's unique proximity to just about anything your heart desires. Hwy-60 is just around the corner, literally! Cross the freeway and you are 5 minutes to Walmart, Furniture stores, Gas stations, Dining, Coffee shops, Movie Theater, Churches, Hardware stores.
Take the freeway, and your 10 minutes from Gilbert, 30 minutes from Scottsdale and so on. Either direction you go the entire city is within reach.
What I love about this community, is it's beauty.
Small lakes with ducks and geese flying in and along the reflective waters flapping their webbed feet darting between the warmth of the sun and the shade, living life to the fullest. Beautiful forms of vibrant green rolling hills surrounding every view; An amazing golf course as the backdrop within a 10 minute walk; Palm trees, and flowering shrubs accent the silhouette while strolling along the meandering walkways. It offers a community heated pool and hot tub when your ready for some fun in the sun. This is a gated community with friendly neighbors that are eager to offer directions and welcome you; a community that is well cared for. You will love the relaxed setting. It is spacious and private yet engaging enough to take part in activities without having to leave the grounds. Ride your bike, take a walk, visit the golf course, participate in the ongoing activities, grab your swimsuit and towel, head out to the patio for a sip of iced tea and read your favorite novel. There is never a dull moment.

We have put careful thought into providing all the things that would make your stay an experience you will want to come back to. Each bedroom is equipped with comfortable pillows & mattresses; each encased with protective zipped covers for your protection and topped with a protective mattress pad. You'll find restful comfort wrapping yourself in hotel style sheets and comforters as you turn in for a peaceful nights sleep. If you love to wake up to the sunshine the large sliding doors leading to the deck will be to your advantage. If you prefer blocking the morning light, black-out window treatments are at your service.
Each bathroom is equipped with your morning shower in mind.
