Georgetown bike trail just of property, walk,run cycle all the way to Georgetown or Cape Henelopen State Park.
World bakery, distillery/wine/tours and tastings and bike trail on your doorstep.
World class outlet malls and shopping plus Rehobeth Beach,Dewey and Bethany Beach just off Route 1.
