Bienvenido a Villa Belle Bethany. Terminado en octubre de 2014, este como nuevo, luminoso y espacioso (2,900 pies cuadrados) unidad final de 4 dormitorios, 3. 5 baños de lujo en la comunidad de Bay Forest cuenta con un gran plano de planta abierto, techos de 10 pies, entrada en arco, encimeras de granito , relucientes pisos de madera, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y 6 televisores inteligentes Samsung HD, por nombrar algunos.

La ubicación de la unidad final permite una mayor privacidad, luz solar natural y un amplio espacio para que los niños corran afuera.

El primer piso incluye una cocina gourmet, un comedor con asientos cómodos para grupos familiares grandes, una gran sala espaciosa, Smart TV de 55 pulgadas y reproductor de DVD Blu-ray. El cuarto de lavado de la cocina tiene lavadora y secadora Whirlpool de tamaño completo. El patio de ladrillo de la gran sala le permite disfrutar del aire libre mientras toma un vino, comparte una comida o juega a las cartas o los juegos.

Todos los muebles nuevos y ropa de cama de lujo se presentan en todas partes.

El dormitorio principal con cama King en el primer piso cuenta con una sala de estar privada adicional con un sofá cama queen size para relajarse o leer, Smart TV Samsung de 40 '', baño principal (con tocadores dobles, bañera y ducha) y un paseo. En el armario. Hay otro medio baño fuera del pasillo en el piso principal.

El segundo piso tiene dos habitaciones queen y otra habitación con dos camas individuales y un altillo con un sofá cama queen size. Cada habitación está equipada con un televisor inteligente Samsung de 32 ''. El área del loft también incluye un televisor inteligente Samsung HD de 50 '', un reproductor de DVD Blu-ray y un suministro de juegos, libros y videos para las tardes o los días lluviosos.

El complejo Bay Forest ofrece hermosos senderos para caminar / trotar / andar en bicicleta a través de áreas boscosas con vistas a los numerosos estanques y fuentes. Hay dos áreas complejas de la casa club para fines recreativos. Very quiet friendly neighborhood. Well kept and safe.

A wonderful home to retreat to after the bustle of the boardwalk and beach. The amenities were great too. I would definitely stay again and recommend this vacation home.

The property was in a beautiful community with lots of nice amenities. The home was well appointed, spacious, and located near the pool, gym, and shuttle stop. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. It worked out very well for our group of 7. It was close to the beach, Bethany Beach town center and many restaurants. A word of caution that the beach traffic is heavy and Bethany beach fills up quickly during peak season. We would stay again.

Great location in a great community

We enjoyed our stay in Bethany Bay. This townhome was well appointed, clean and comfortable. It was convenient location to the pools and fitness center. We enjoyed the walking paths, access to the bay and the lazy river pool. It was a short drive to the Bethany Beach boardwalk. Helen was a great host who shared a lot of information about the community and the townhome.

Great Place to stay!

We had a great time at this location. It was close to the swimming pools which my daughter's family enjoyed, especially the lazy river. My wife and I was able to workout at the workout center and we also enjoyed the swimming pools. The grocery stores were very close. I would highly recommend this location especially if you have young kids in your group. The beach was also very close.

BEAUTIFUL!

House was perfect! Every ammenity needed, beautiful little community. Location is great, away from the hustle and bustle, but yet close enough to still get to places. Only thing i would change is to have linens and towels included.

First trip to Bethany Beach

The property was perfect for our family group of 7 adults and 2 small children. There was plenty of room for more people but I think the HOA limits this. We couldn't have been more pleased with the space and community. The lazy river was perfect!

Cozy, relaxing visit

Helen was a pleasure to work with. Quick to answer questions and great at providing necessary information. Our family was more than happy with the accommodations in the home. Loved the layout as it provided enough privacy but also common areas to spend time together. Bay Shore is a great Bethany Beach community. Highly recommend staying at this property.

Very serene and accomodating property

This is our second vacation at this property within 5 years. We loved it the first time and loved it the second time! The house is very accommodating for our growing family! The amenities were very nice and they seem to be bettering the community over time with activities, etc. I would highly recommend this property!

2023 vacation

The house was amazing! Everything was clean, neat and tidy, and exactly as they described it. Helen and Blake are great hosts, and their home is wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed using both of the pools in the development, in fact, that was the highlight of our trip.

Bethany Beach Vacay

This property was everything we expected from the posting. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for cooking, including a crock pot! The property was clean and well maintained. The owners maintained timely communication and addressed all issues. The neighborhood was amazing and has something for everyone. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our family of 6, which includes 4 teenage/young adults men, had a wonderful time at this beautiful home in Bethany Beach. Being Marylanders all our lives, it was our first time to Bethany Beach and we loved it. Such a quaint town with great restaurants. The atmosphere of the Boathouse Restaurant was our favorite in addition to the 2.5 mile kayaking trip we did that took us to Fenwick Island. The resort complex was so quiet and peaceful. We spent a majority of our time at the pool since it was such a great facility. We will definitely be staying here again!

Excellent vacation property!

Excellent vacation home in Bayforest. The house is very clean, spacious, quiet and exactly as described. The wifi is strong should you have to work and there is ample space to spread out. The amenities at Bayforest cannot be beat, with the home in walking distance to the pool and gym facilities, and child friendly activities. The owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with. We have stayed at other properties in the area. Villa Bethany is the best!

Truly home away from home

We were in town for a wedding. The condo was spacious, warm, welcoming, exceptionally clean and comfortable. It was actually perfect! Helen was extremely responsive when setting up the dates and the detailed directions left no questions unanswered. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. Hope to visit again.

Simply Amazing!

This is it! This property was AWESOME! So clean and spacious! Helen and Blake were great to work with! The complex had EVERYTHING we needed! So close to the beach! We were MORE than pleased with this house!! Bethany Beach and Bay Forest exceeded our expectations!! What a wonderful experience!! Thank you again!

Excellent Visit

Family of 6 adults and 2 children stayed for a week. The home was very spacious and comfortable. Bay Forest is a lovely community with terrific amenities. We used the fitness center, the pools, and walking paths, and the outdoor grill. We had everything we needed. We appreciated having beach items and a bike available in the garage. Grocery and pharmacy within a couple of miles. The owners clearly made an effort to feel that we were in someone’s home. We appreciated the TV streaming service in the living room. The owners were readily available when when questions came up. A very good experience.

This fabulous beach house went above and beyond our expectations in every way!

This vacation villa has it all - gorgeous home equipped to the hilt; comfortable beds; plenty of room for multiple families; unbelievable clubhouse, gym, pool(the lazy river was definitely a hit) with food and bar service; close to the beach; close to shopping and fresh seafood; friendly neighbors! This was the most beautiful beach house I have ever rented - and at a reasonable price. The neighborhood is close to everything but tucked away in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The owners were delightful to work with! Helen always answered my emails promptly and helped me find a good linen rental company. When Helen returned my deposit check, she sent ME a Thank You note! Don't let this villa pass you by on your next search for a Bethany vacation! My family (including out of towners) want to book again for next year! We really want to just LIVE there!

After spending some time in Bethany beach, we fell in love with its central location, the unique charm and its family friendliness.
