Al igual que muchos de nuestros alquileres de vacaciones en Cape Cod, 11 Cranwood Road está ubicado en Harwich Center, cuenta con aire acondicionado central y Wi-Fi gratis para tu comodidad y conveniencia.

Disfrute de "Aoibhneas", llamada así por la palabra en gaélico escocés que significa "alegría", se pronuncia "eve-ness" y, ciertamente, está a la altura del nombre. Convenientemente ubicado cerca del centro comunitario, Brooks Park, los juegos de béisbol Harwich Mariners, el sendero para bicicletas y el campo de golf Cranberry Valley. Es seguro que te traerá un montón de alegría, de hecho!

Esta casa estilo rancho con todos los que viven en un piso con un plano de planta abierto con sala de estar, comedor y área de cocina. El salón tiene un televisor de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD. El comedor tiene controles deslizantes que se abren a una amplia terraza con comedor, parrilla de gas y ducha al aire libre.

Por el pasillo se encuentran los dormitorios y baños. Hay un baño completo a la izquierda con una bañera / ducha. El dormitorio principal (dormitorio n. ° 1) se encuentra al final del pasillo y ofrece una cama queen y baño completo en suite (solo ducha). ** Esta casa viene con una "bolsa de vuelta a lo básico". Todo con elogios del propietario! Un gran bolso reutilizable viene con:
Papel higiénico de 2 rollos, tejidos, jabón de manos, esponja, 2 bolsas de basura, jabón de platos, detergente para lavar platos, desinfectante de manos, toalla de papel, detergente para la ropa (para personas con una estadía de 1 semana).

No fumar, no se permiten mascotas por favor! Max estacionamiento de autos en propiedad: 3. No hay estacionamiento en el césped en cualquier momento. Esta casa tiene entrada sin llave con un registro de entrada a las 3 p.m. / salida a las 10 am.

Well kept up,we had everything we needed.

A very comfortable home.It was nicely decorated.Very cozy and inviting.We totally enjoyed staying there. The owner was lovely and left us a nice bag of basic necessities.Very thoughtful.Would definitely stay here again.

Not a home away from home

This property doesn't provide linens. If you don't want to pay their partner company for pillow cases, sheets, towels, kitchen towels, etc, you have to lug your own. You also need to bring your own toilet paper. Very inconvenient.

From New England Vacation Rentals- We normally hear from our guests how happy their stay was and how much they appreciate our communication including our emails welcoming all to the Cape with useful info from what to pack and how to enjoy their time on the Cape. It seems unfortunate for you that you neglected to familiarize your self with the homes description and our policies before booking this home. We do state in the homes description right up front if a home comes with linens or not. Bringing linens from home is truly a Cape Cod tradition. We have guests who have totes marked Cape Cod with their linens in them to bring every year. We also state that we do provide a guest started bag with toilet paper, paper towels and other single use items to get our guests started. Non of our homes provide hotel like amenities which is also stated on our website under guest services and in several emails sent to all guests. We want all guests to have a nice experience at our homes which is why we provide such thorough information.

1. One of the bathrooms had no electricity for lights and for fan, so complete darkness after 8 pm until 4 am and it was not a fuse that died. Being inventive, we use an extension cord and a table lamp, but not all tenant are so accommodating and inventive for that price, I am so sure. It is very hard not to notice between tenants while inspecting and cleaning. Reported to NE Vacation Rentals - no reply of any sort.2. Outside grill had no working temperature control, so no matter of dial position it was heating up to 450 degree Celsius. We had to open and close the cover many times to control the temperature! Reported, no response of any sort.3. NE Real Estate and / or VRBO is charging a step price for cleaning after stay, but still threatening to charge 250 additional fee, if - and there going a long list of potential mistake a tenant could make - all furniture is exactly in place, all dishes are cleaned, all in house is tidy, all from fridge is taken, so on, so forth, as if the tenants haven't paid for cleaning. The whole intimidation of even additional fee of 250 is sort of diminishing, given no lights in bathroom, grill has no temp. control, and imaging this - they pick up trash with a loud beeps when truck backs down the long driveway at 6:30 am.4. Otherwise house is very well supplied, beautiful inside and out, it's just the cleaning crew doesn't care at all / maintenance of it in the absence of owners is substandard. Such a shame for such a beautiful house.

Wonderful break from this crazy world

We enjoyed our trip very much. We were close to the banks St beach although we drove a few minutes extra to go to Red River beach because we preferred it. The location of the house was great and they had everything we needed in the kitchen. The deck was wonderful to sit on and relax. The trees surrounding the property kept it nice and cool. We did find a lot of long black hair in the bathrooms (none of us have black hair lol), but we chose not to call about it because it just seemed like a hassle to have someone come and clean so we cleaned it up ourselves. Check in was easy and the combination door was very easy to work. Plenty of room and great shops and restaurants near by. We did have some issue with a neighbor across the street, he was creepy and we couldn’t figure out what his problem was but he would drive down the middle of the road and wouldn’t move to the right and then he’d slow his truck down next to ours and put his head out the window and stare at us, he even drove slowly in front of the house and stared in so we started shutting the blinds. Otherwise it’s a great house and we had an enjoyable stay.

Perfect for a Cape vacation

We've been staying at Cape rentals for the last three seasons and this property was the best by far. Sometimes it's difficult to tell from pictures and 'words' what the property is like but this one lived up to the billing. It was clean, well appointed with extra's including central air conditioning, excellent appliances, i.e., fridge, washer, dryer, grill, outdoor furniture, plenty of parking, etc. It is, like many properties, about 2 miles from the water but is a straight shot without stressful traffic. It was perfect for two Seniors, 1 son with 2 teenage Grands who came for several days. As you can tell, I would recommend to anyone. We'll be going to England next year so might skip the Cape.

Home like vacation spot

We had a nice experience at our rental. It is convenient to rte. 6, supermarket, favorite eateries, access to beaches etc. and the street was very quiet. The house was welcoming and provided us with every convenence including wifi and central air. A couple opportunites ...The sofa had many old stains . The braided rugs were soiled, and I did not care for the snake like driveway. All in all I would consider this house again. Thank You
