Really enjoyed the stay. House is great, plenty of room for a family of 5 (all 18y). Great location, last house before beach parking lot, short walk over the dune to the beach. Very clean house. would suggest you make the linen situation more prominent, we scrambled the morning of our arrival to get the right sheets. Not a criticism, just a suggestion to help future guests. Overall this is a great rental, future guests can be confident with this one.

Beach House

Fabulous house steps from beach. Views of bay from nearly every room. Beautiful sunrise/sunset. Been vacationing at the Cape for years, however this was our first time staying in Dennis, and fun to experience a different location. Lots of history, walk to town, restaurants, coffee shops. House has Lots of space to spread out. Master bedroom is large & comfortable. Loved sitting on the deck in the AM & PM & hearing the waves. Very relaxing. As an added Bonus our weather was perfect. Sunny and beautiful everyday.

Incredible location!

this is a nice Cape Cod style beach house with an unbelievable location just steps from corporation beach. Very communicative host who is not fussy, and obviously wants the renters to have a good experience! Linens and towels are not provided, but can be rented or brought along; however, it is good to know this in advance. Overall, the old adage, location, location, location applies to this house, and it was an ideal meeting place for our extended family.

Family summer vacation

We had a wonderful time at this home in Dennis . Short walk to the beach , I do recommend bringing a wagon to help transport items to and from the beach. The house has plenty of room for our large family. We brought our bikes and we were able to bike to town for ice cream . Nice to have the option of AC in each room if you needed. Great spot!

Cape Week

Highly recommend this home for a cape week vacation. It’s really all about location, and this home could not be any better. Right next to beach access which made our days so convenient. We were two families with young children. Home had plenty of space for all. We used the wrap around deck with ocean views for grilling and drinks post beach each day. Outdoor shower was so enjoyable and made it so easy for all the kids. Inside was everything we would need to prepare meals. The new couch and tv were great to take a break and keep the kids occupied for a stretch. All of the rooms were comfortable and the in window AC’s all worked well. We did go carts and a byob seafood restaurant nearby but for the most part our vacation was all about the beach. Corporation beach is so good for families with young kids. Low tide goes out a hundred yards or so leaving tide pools for the kids to play in. Also great for bocce and other beach games. The snack shack is basically a restaurant, really good food and ice cream options. Valerie was quick to respond to our message a few days prior and answered all of our questions on what to bring and what the home already had. Wonderful home, unbeatable location. Highly recommend.

Perfect week

We had a wonderful week in Dennis! This property is perfect for beach lovers. The easy and close beach access was great for our 3 families with little ones. The house was well appointed, comfortable, and large enough for 6 adults and 3 babies. The host was very responsive as well. Thank you for a wonderful vacation spot!

Perfect Beach Rental

This house was the perfect rental for a family beach vacation. It fits two families comfortably and is steps from the beach. Great for going back and forth so everyone can do their own thing. Owner is very responsive and the whole experience was really easy.

Fantastic family getaway with our adult children

The location is perfect. We walked to the beach whenever we wanted. House is spacious and has everything you need. Owner was accommodating with special request since we flew in from Chicago. We spent a lot of time on the deck facing the ocean, but wished there was an umbrella as even in early Sept. the sun was strong. Easy to drive to different places along the Cape for day trips. Highly recommend going to Providence Town "PTown". We walked around and shopped in fun unique boutiques for hours. Wished we found the larger grocery store as the one in town was pricey, but their lemon garlic chicken from the deli was amazing on the grill - we went back to have it for a dinner another night! My son brought his saltwater pole to fish from the beach but sadly no luck those days. This stay was easy and pleasant thanks to a caring owner with an attention to detail!

Corporation Beach-4 BR House

My sisters and I thoroughly enjoyed the location of the home—every day we walked to the beach. There was a nice view of the beach from two of the bedrooms. We loved being able to easily visit the sites in Cape Cod like Provincetown and the Pilgrim Monument and museum and Plymouth and the Mayflower II. The floor-plan worked perfectly for the three of us. Thanks for a lovely vacation!

Five star stay in East Dennis.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is very bright and cheerful with cape style decor and matching quilts on all of the beds. Nicely decorated and only steps from the beach. The host was very responsive to all of our questions. We will definitely be renting again.

The best-a family wedding

House exactly as described. It was all a terrific experience for our family. We’ve been coming to the Cape for almost everyone of the past 30 years. Because of the wedding location our first time in Dennis and it just seemed a bit different. Somehow it just felt right and the house only added to the experience. Thank you to our terrific owner.

Dream beach vacation

This house is amazing! We were steps away from the beach. We didn’t have to deal with packing our stuff up in a car, driving to the beach and looking for parking. The beach and bay were beautiful. The house gave us perfect sunrise and sunset views. The layout is great for spending time with family and friends. The deck is right off the kitchen, the grill cooked things perfectly! Valerie is an amazing host. She responded to me in a timely manner when I had questions or needed anything. We will definitely book there again next summer!

Great location!

Our family stayed here for a week to attend a wedding at Cape Cod. We had a great stay and the location is perfect! The house is steps away from the beach and we had great views of the ocean from the large deck and master bedroom. Lots of natural lights and the family room is open to the kitchen and surrounding deck. The house includes a large and very comfortable couch, a cooler, beach chairs, etc. We would definitely stay here again. Note: Towels and bedsheets are not provided.

Great location.

You could not ask for a better location with this home right next to the beach! Having air conditioning in the rooms was a great comfort. Kitchen new and really nice. The upstairs bedrooms big especially the master bedroom. Will definitely consider renting this property again next summer. The only thing we noticed was the sectional couch had seen better days! The location to restaurants and the town superb!
