GUEST ACCESS & SERVICE
Guests have private, exclusive access to the entire apartment and private balcony. The only locked area is a small housekeeping trunk located in the primary closet.
Self check-in is provided via secure door code sent on the morning of arrival. While we respect your privacy, we are always available via messaging if you need recommendations or assistance during your stay.

IMPORTANT DETAILS TO NOTE
• Check-in after 3:00 PM | Check-out by 11:00 AM
• Early check-in before noon requires booking the prior night; late check-outs are not available
• Luggage drop-off is not permitted, but several great local services are available, licensed and insured, to handle your needs with pickup and delivery
• Home is not child-proofed; baby gear not provided
• Exterior security cameras are present in common areas
• Rental Agreement & ID required for city compliance & insurance
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended
• In the event of an emergency, stairs may be required if the elevator is unavailable
