Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

The minimum age to book this property is 25 years or older. Valid photo identification is required to verify age and ensure compliance with local regulations.


Please note: Palacio will be undergoing an elevator modernization project from September 2026 through March 2027. During this time, only one elevator may be operational, and there may be periods when both elevators are temporarily out of service. Guests should expect longer wait times, possible lack of elevator access and the presence of construction crews, equipment and noise.
