Besides the stunning rooftop with four pools, it's only a four-minute walk to Santa Cruz beach with gentle waves great for swimming, relaxing and family time. Only few minutes by taxi or bike ride you can discover beaches with great snorkeling abundant with coral and wildlife. The building, apartment and furniture are brand new.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this location. The owner was very easy to communicate with and was helpful in any questions we had. The facility was new, clean and the location was excellent for access to the ocean and near by amenities Would highly recommend and would stay again!

We will be back

Right from the beginning the communication was very good. One small hiccup that was cleared up almost immediately by the host. The suite was clean and comfortable will all the amenities we require. The rooftop common area and pool was the best we’ve experienced. Extremely clean and useable. It was great that the property has security guards. Likely not necessary but made us feel secure. Overall a great experience and we will definitely be back.

Wonderful!!

We just spent the first 2 weeks of Feb 2025 at Ziba condos in Clara’s suite. Our overall experience was fantastic. The complex is new and it met or exceeded our expectations. The staff do an exceptional job keeping it clean and beautiful. Clara’s studio suite was perfect for my wife and I. It has everything you will need for a 2 week stay or longer. Access to laundry services would be a benefit for longer stays. The beach umbrella and beach chairs provided for our use were an appreciated added touch. Clara was an amazing host. She was always available and continually checked in with us to ensure our needs were being met. She was quick to communicate any occurrences in the complex to minimize our inconvenience. I would recommend Clara as a host and we look forward to staying at this location in the future. Lastly I would like to recognize Marisol. She was on site and available all day every day. She is professional, attentive and exceptional at her job. But most of all she is a great person!

Perfect

This is the perfect little place to stay. The condo was comfortable, had AC when it was too hot and thick blinds to keep the sun out. It came completely stocked with pots/pans, utensils, towels, coffee maker and more. The roof pools were absolutely perfect. Restaurants close by and beaches galore and more.

Nice spot

This suite was in a new building in a very convenient and quiet part of Santa Cruz. The space has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The host and her property manager were very responsive to any request we had and that made the stay that much more enjoyable. The only (possible) issue is that the local clubs run party busses right past the building in the evenings. We found this to be a bit of a laugh and don’t be too concerned because local bylaws prevent them from driving past 11pm. We would recommend and the only reason we didn’t give a full 5 star rating is because it didn’t necessarily exceed our expectations but we had a very lovely stay.

My name is Clara Schreiber. I’m from Guadalajara, Mexico. Me and my family live in the U.S.A. I always had the dream to have a property near the beach in a quiet place. My parents always took me to Puerto Vallarta as a child so I had great memories from that. Unfortunately, that area is too developed and it’s not as innocent and quiet as it was when I was a child.

Huatulco reminds me of Puerto Vallarta 40 years ago. It’s small enough and quiet. The beaches are even more beautiful and the people are super friendly and affordable. I found a gem.

The entire building is brand new and features an amazing rooftop terrace with a stunning vanishing edge pool and three smaller pools. The apartment is perfect for romantic couples. It has a great location 5 minutes walking to the beach.
