This home was perfect for our family vacation. Great quiet location: we walked to the beach and pier, we also rented bikes and rode them all over (Bike rental is walking distance). Grocery and shopping right down the road. We spent our days at the beach and our evenings at the private pool. The kitchen was perfect for making memories cooking breakfast together. We enjoyed grilling out and playing corn hole. The beds were very comfortable and we all enjoyed our stay. Host was amazing and quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. Overall, it felt like home away from home and we look forward to our next family vacation together in Navarre!!

Family vacation

Very good location ! Beach access was convenient. Walking path was GREAT!! Pool was beautiful and extremely large!! The house was nice, clean and well equipped. Host was extremely helpful.

Home Away From Home :)

Ashleigh is an “Amazing” host! Open communication which is greatly appreciated. Our experience was Fantastic! This beautiful home comfortably accommodated all of our needs, our pups too! :) The kitchen was well stocked, products were readily available in the bathrooms, walk-in showers, quaintly decorated, quiet neighborhood and this home offers various entertainment options. The pool…Beautiful! Palm trees provide generous privacy and are aesthetically pleasing! We, without reservation, highly recommend this sweet home to anyone. Thank you!

Great Stay

This house was just a short walk to the ocean or a short drive to several restaurants and the pier. We brought our dogs and the fenced in yard was great for them to run off some energy. Loved the pool and the neighborhood is very quiet. Overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this house.

July 2023 Family Vacation

We had a GREAT time at this wonderful property. A few things to note: - The host responds very quickly to any and all questions or requests - The kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans/utensils - The pool is awesome - good size and perfect temperature. - Beach access is right across the road on a wooden walkway - Kitchenette and screen porch are a nice bonus - Beach chairs and a couple umbrellas are provided, along with a few other beach toys for younger kids - The pier is within walking distance - 10 to 15 min walk. We hope to be back!

Will be back!

This location is so cute! A short walk to the beach. The pool was nice. We were there on a stormy weekend, so the pool and pool area reflected that, but we still enjoyed it. There’s a kitchen downstairs and a screened in area where we spent most of our time. The yard is fenced in, so it’s a good place for pets to run around, but we have small dogs, and one of them managed to squeeze through the slats in the fence, so be mindful of that. Communication with Ashleigh was 10/10 from booking to checking out. The only negatives we found: the grill hadn’t been cleaned after the last use, and the lint filter in the dryer was very full. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this property! We will definitely be back.

Awesome summer vacay

Had such a great stay. Location to the beach was just right across the street, located in front of a pedestrian walk with immediate boardwalk access to the beach. Absolutely loved the private pool and outside deck, just the getaway we needed! Definitely recommend for a stay in Navarre

Private Pool is Under-rated

Having access to a large, well shaded pool for the family was the best part. We almost never left the property because it was so convenient and relaxing on-site at the pool. Really awesome stay.

Awesome vacation

Great property and location. House was clean. The screen porch and downstairs kitchen were used a lot. Our experience was everything that we hoped that it would be. Host was awesome and communicated promptly. Access to the beach was easy, even my 87 year old mother in law made the short walk each day. The family was all in agreement that you deserve 5 stars.

Wonderful house and location

We were expecting a lot and we were not disappointed. This is the perfect house! Pool and pool area is fabulous. Walk over to the beach is super close. Kitchen was well equipped. Great fenced area for dogs. Quiet neighborhood. Communication with the property manager was great. This is definitely a 5 star stay. We will be back.

Wow.....just WOW!

I’ll admit that I’m not one that tends to leave reviews despite relying on reviews when looking at properties. With that said, this property was SO SPECTACULAR that I could not stay silent! From the excitement of arriving to the bittersweet time of saying good-bye, my family had an amazing stay. The home was clean and well-stocked. There were extra touches such as spices in the kitchen, which was helpful when I realized I brought an empty pepper shaker, a stocked little coffee caddy, and an actual box of garbage bags instead of the “one extra”. I love to cook and there was a great variety of pots/pans/utensils. It’s the small things like extra toothbrushes that I liked. We didn’t need one but that that the host had them was a nice touch. We enjoyed late night ping-pong battles and lounging on the couch watching movies. Then….there….is….the….pool! EPIC! Silly, but I felt like a movie star with such a huge, beautiful SALT pool. No stinky chlorine!! And finally, it’s a small stroll to the beach. The beach entrance is literally across the street from the neighborhood entrance and the house is right at the front of the neighborhood. I cannot close this review without giving a shoutout to Ashleigh! She was so easy to work with and easily available when I had questions.

Incredible Property

This property along with this location is outstanding. The home was extremely clean and the property manager was one of the most responsive people we have ever dealt with. We will definitely be returning to rent this property in the future.

Best host experience I have ever had

The house itself was amazing, it was fully stocked with everything we needed for the week; laundry supplies, dish soap/detergent, beach towels, chairs, etc. The pool was clean, and the whole area by the pool was gorgeous. The best part about staying here though was the host Ashley. She was constantly in contact with us and was always readily available with a response to any of my questions. She also went out of her way to provide us with a list of activities and restaurants we could visit while on vacation. 11/10

Peace and relaxation

The home far exceeded our expectations !

This home was beautiful, clean & conveniently located. Communication with rental agent “Ashleigh” was excellent! The home was also amazingly stocked with incidentals which was so helpful. Thank you again Ashleigh & owner ! I highly recommend this property.

The Sonata neighborhood is a quiet relaxing home away from home that we were seeking away from larger touristy locations. It's proximity to the quiet and family friendly beach of Navarre really spoke to our hearts.
