Welcome to Blue Chair, a waterfront retreat designed with the ultimate beach vacation in mind. Located in Grand Navarre, this 5-bedroom, 7-bathroom home offers unbeatable access to the Santa Rosa Sound and Intracoastal Waterway. The main level features an open-concept living and dining area, queen sleeper sofa, and a fun bunk room with two built-in king-size bunks and two twin bunks—ideal for kids or extra guests. Upstairs, four additional bedrooms each offer private ensuite bathrooms, including a luxe master suite with a king bed, spa-style bathroom, and water views.

The ground level transforms into your private resort: a large 15x30ft pool (with heating option), outdoor bar and lounge space, full-size fridge, grill, TV, outdoor shower, and half bath. This level also includes the garage stocked with beach gear, kayaks, umbrellas, and games, plus a 6-seater golf cart available for rent. Whether you’re relaxing on the lunar deck or launching your boat from the private dock, Blue Chair delivers an experience like no other.

Beautiful place with lots of rooms, pool was wonderful, extra equipment for beach and canal were awesome. The outdoor furniture was plentiful and amazing, especially the 4th floor lookout.

Amazing! This house was perfect for us. Everyone had their own private bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax inside and outside. The pool was perfect for our (almost 2 yr old) granddaughter. The beach is so close to the property. We rented the golf cart, which made taking chairs, umbrella and toys very easy. I can't say enough good things about this house and the location. My family and friends are asking if we can go again. Would definitely recommend. The property management are very nice and responded quickly. Thank you so very much for giving us the opportunity to stay. We will be back.

Spring Break 2024

We had several families at this location. The house is beautiful and well stocked. Plenty of room for a big family. The kids and adults loved the big pool. We had the golf cart which was very handy for trips to the beach. Although the beach is within walking distance the golf cart was nice. You can see the ocean from the house. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Beautiful Location and House(Paying to heat the pool well worth the expense)

We stayed in March the weather was on the cooler side but we paid to heat the pool and it was well worth the extra money to heat it. The pool felt amazing. Both kids and adults loved the house. The only thing that we would have liked to of been better was the bedding in multiple rooms was not the cleanest when pulling back and the sheets for the first time there was hair strands and specks of unknown.

This property is not only beautiful with a great location had all the amenities that we could ever think of, kitchen was fully stocked, bedrooms were beautiful. We had the privilege of staying in the master suite which was just gorgeous with that private balcony. This is definitely a do over, I would have to say if there was any issues just some construction that was going on beside us, but even that did not ruin anything and The Master suites bed could probably use a new mattress but even that wouldn’t stop me from staying here again Would still stay here again. We had some rain and wind from hurricane Helena, but had enough activities (On the first floor )there to keep us entertained. You can’t go wrong with this one for a large family

A great week away

This house is fantastic and there was more than enough room for our family. Beds were comfortable. All the creature comforts of home! A bit of caution - there is a lot of construction going on in the area around the home. It certainly did not ruin the fun, but most days during the week it was mildly/moderately loud during the day. Heating the pool was heaven and it was our go to after the brisk ocean water. Highly recommend! You can walk straight to beach from the house. It’s a perfect location! We rented the golf cart on the property but did not use it as much as we would have liked because we had a rental car and no one (all adult children) wanted to mess around driving it to the restaurants as it is a bit slower than getting there by car. We would DEFINITELY stay here again! 5 out of 5 stars!

Perfect Beach House with Pool

We are so happy to have found this house! It is beautiful, large and clean. Large inground pool with bathroom that was on1sf fl. We absolutely loved the pool and used it everyday! It was so beautiful lit up at night. The deck off the living room was spacious and had plenty of seating! The kitchen was beautiful and large. Also had every kitchen tool we needed and then some. Definitely appreciated having an ice maker! The living room was next to the kitchen with a sectional sofa. Honestly, the only drawback to the property was that the sofa seating really was not enough for the 12 people that we came with. Loved that every bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom. The elevator in the house was so convenient and helpful for bringing in food and luggage. The communication with the property manager was quick with responses. Very easy to work with them. Short walk to the beach. The house had beach chairs, pool toys, wagon, etc. We definitely want to come back!! Oh and did I mention the pool!!??

Christmas getaway

Our family always tries to get together for Christmas since we see each other only once a year. This year we chose the Big Blue because it was in an area we are interesting in moving too later in the years. Once arrived - it was a very quiet location. It also was about 3 miles from the nearest restaurant- so just make sure to have that in mind. However, you are halfway to Pensacola and Destin equally so depending on where you want to go - it’s only a 25 min drive. But, no real need to go to those places if you don’t really want to. We ate at Andy D’s and it was great! We met the owner himself who was absolutely a sweetheart to a grumpy (tired) 2 year old in our group. The house had PLENTY of space for us all - 12 in total… and the service was just as good. When we first arrived to the house we discovered the elevator was not working properly. We called and within minutes someone was there to fix it. Taking a week’s worth of groceries up those stairs as well as luggage would have a been a huge feat. The time of year we arrived - it was too cold to really enjoy the water or any outside activities. We did walk the beach occasional which is only a short block away. Lastly, you can’t visit Navarre Beach without visiting sweet pea at the turtle conservatory nor walk the pier. Well worth the time and memories.
