Welcome to your 10th-floor oceanfront escape at The Mahana! This freshly renovated studio offers floor-to-ceiling views of the Pacific, where you can spot whales, turtles, and snorkelers right from your private balcony.



Inside, enjoy a king-size Novaform memory foam bed with blackout shades for restful nights, a modern tile shower with quartz countertops, and a fully stocked kitchen. For entertainment, relax with a 55` 4K Roku TV and upgraded high-speed Wi-Fi.



We’ve thought of all the little extras – Tommy Bahama beach chairs, an umbrella, towels, and even a cooler – so you can make the most of your beach days.



The Mahana is on the quiet, northern end of Kaanapali Beach, just steps from great snorkeling, and a short walk or drive to Duke’s, local markets, and restaurants. Stroll the beachfront path that runs all the way to Whaler’s Village and Black Rock.



Guests have access to the heated pool, hot tub, BBQ grills, tennis and shuffleboard courts, and free parking. Register online when you arrive and print your parking pass in the lobby for easy check-in.



We’re just a call or text away if you need anything during your stay – our goal is to make your Maui vacation as relaxing and memorable as possible!



Perfect location on the quiet northern end of Kaanapali Beach. Great snorkeling in front of the resort on the sandy beach. The Times Market is less than 1/4 mile away on Honoapiilani Highway, in a strip mall with other restaurants and coffee shops. There are other Farmer`s Markets close by. There is a beachfront path that starts to the south of The Mahana and goes two miles, to the Hyatt. It will pass through Black Rock, the Sheraton, and Whaler`s Village.



Renting a car is strongly recommended.



Enjoy complimentary parking at The Mahana. Simply access the lobby computers to print your parking pass. Registration is streamlined through the Mahana Owner`s website – enter your last name and condo number (1013). Place the pass on your dashboard.

Great spot with central location

Overall great experience. Property was very central to everything we wanted to do in Maui and walking distance to downtown Lahaina. Would definitely stay again if on Maui!

Great place!

From booking to leaving the property, there were no problems. Our room was exceptional. The owner has listened to the suggestions from reviews & makes sure they are there. We were there during the coronavirus scare & Lahaina Shores were always cleaning. Great place to stay.

Relaxing stay

We loved the convenience of living at the edge of the old town of Lahaina and being able to walk into town, for bites to eat, happy hour, whale-watching tours, or shopping. There are many great places to eat close by. All this after an early morning stroll on the beach. View of sunrise and sunset from the balcony was great. Would love to come again.

Perfect location and clean unit!

My husband and I spent 2 weeks at Lahaina shores. The unit was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. We watched whales from the lanai, walked to dinner and harbor for excursions. The location can’t be beat! Louis, the owner, was very attentive and flexible with us. We will be back!

Amazing

We had the most amazing time here and hopefully will be back! This place was perfect for us and had everything we needed. From kitchen, to beach chairs and umbrella that we used just about everyday. The lanai is perfect for having dinner and watching the beautiful sunsets. Louis was the most accommodating host, super friendly, great communications and super helpful. The beach right outside the place is perfect for relaxing, and the water is pretty shallow. Went snorkeling and just floating on a tube out there. I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect!

This property is perfect! The condo is beautiful inside and out! We loved the view from the lanai-so many whales and turtles. And we also loved the ocean, it’s in a rocky part of the island, but it was perfect to sit in your beach chair in the ocean and enjoy the view! It’s also a short walk to front street, so there’s really no need to rent a car or drive anywhere. We walked to the abc store close by a few times and we were set! The owner is so amazing as well. We were just staycationing from another part of Maui, and they got the room ready for us a little early as they assumed we’d be in close proximity, so kind! I’d highly recommend this lovely condo for a couple wanting to enjoy Lahaina and all it has to offer 🌺☀️🐳🌴🏝 enjoy!

Spectacular - a stones throw from the ocean with a great community feel

We were so lucky to select this outstanding place and find such a great Property Manager - Louis. He couldn't have done enough for us. We like to be part of a community and that is what Lahaina Shores Beach resort is. The view from your room and steps from the ocean is incredible. The resort has a very laid back feeling with all the guests. We rode our beach bikes everywhere -- even to Safeway to get our groceries. We rented a car for only two days to explore the rest of the Island. Otherwise, the car would have sat in the parking lot for two weeks -- because you can walk and ride everywhere. The beach is very shallow, due to the break wall, so snorkelling is very safe. The surfing school is right next door - so we were able to rent Paddle Boards for the entire time and store them in a locked area at the resort. My husband was able to SUP surf every morning. I can't say enough about how great this place is. We will be back!

Perfect Maui location!

What a lovely condo and amazing host. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo and would book again. Super close to everything downtown Lahaina and literally steps to the water. It's not the best beach to spend hours at, but for a nice float or practicing stand up paddle boarding, it's perfect. The patio is absolutely lovely for sunset drinks or dinner. Fun fact, there's a pretty nice luau next door that, should you be happening to walk down the beach while it's in progress, you can watch the after dinner show right from the beach. Louis is an amazing host!

Amazing location and AMAZING SUNSETS!!!

This was a fantastic place to stay. Absolutely beautiful views from the balcony. We watched the sunset over the ocean every night. The bed was really comfortable and the kitchen made it so we didn't have to eat out for every meal and could have breakfast on the balcony in the morning with coffee that was a few blocks away and recommended by our host! The pool, hot tub, and grills downstairs were awesome to have and made life very relaxed when we didn't want to go out adventuring. I would 100% stay here again and hope to come back!!

We loved staying on this property! It had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. The location is just perfect. We took morning walks on the beach every day and walked along front street most evenings. And you can’t beat the view - it was so beautiful to wake up to! Louis was so responsive and helpful, and went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay. I hope we can come back soon :)

Great value!

We had an amazing week at this location. Everything is within walking distance and although the beach is small, it’s very peaceful and you don’t have to battle for space! The in room kitchen and laundry room across the hallway were super convenient. We will definitely look to stay here next time we’re in Maui! The only con, which has nothing to do with the room, is the strong smell of raw sewage in the underground parking garage.

Perfect location and view

Fantastic 1 week stay during the first weeks of new Hawaii travel program. Host was incredibly responsive and helpful, and condo was exactly as described. Really comfortable for two of us. Kitchen well appointed for whatever we needed, bathroom is great. Nice to have beach towels etc. on hand so we didn't have to bring with us. Location has great pool and hot tub, beach access is wonderful, and the walk into town is very easy. Nice quiet location, easy to get in and out of, and parking on site was great. Will definitely stay here again!

The owner Louis was great at communicating. Made us feel at home. The condo was everything we had hoped for and more. It is comfortable, quiet and has a great location. Easy access to central Lahaina, the wharf, as well as plenty of great restaurants and entertainment. It a wonderful place to practice the art of doing nothing or the gateway to every kind of adventure Maui offers! We’ll be back.

Great stay

Comfortable condo with truly incredible view of the ocean - gorgeous sunsets. Loved having beach towels and boogie boards. Short walk to whale watching and restaurants and an easy drive to Kaanapali beach. Louis was a great host, and the condo had everything we needed. We swam right outside almost every day. Wish we had stayed longer!!
