From the moment you enter the property, you’ll find an experience-focused getaway. Winding forest pathways with romantic lighting, a deep soaking cedar hot tub kept sparkling clean, and a superbly maintained home.
Nestled on a separate pathway, our treehouse sauna pavilion floats in the woods and offers an unparalleled level of nature and refinement, along with long-range views from a panoramic window. You’ve never seen anything like it.
We provide the excitement of best-in-class amenities and a luxury designer home, all complemented by the convenience and security of a personally managed property where every detail creates a spectacular guest experience.
Our focus is the tiny details that elevate the ordinary to the extraordinary. We are not a churn-and-burn rental, but a guest-focused obsession, driven to create the perfect stay.

Pets: our bathhouse is pet friendly and we’d be delighted to host your furry friends! Please add the number of your pets to your booking request. We only ask for a flat $75 pet fee and that you keep them off the beds and out of the tub.
Road conditions: The final quarter mile is a gravel road that can be quite bumpy at spots. Four-wheel drive is not at all required, but it is important to use the correct entrance. We’ll send a directions and marked map prior to check-in.

Fairview is a lovely town right next to Asheville. Because of vacation rental ordinances in our area, it's about as close as you can get to Downtown Asheville while still enjoying a fully curated, unique stay experience!
