Laurel Canyon/H'wood Hills Mid-Century Dream House

Tucked in the rustic hills above Hollywood, just a five minute drive to the Sunset Strip, is my romantic, private, sunny, comfortable mid-century gem. Great appliances, wifi, strong water pressure... and as a bonus you can work out, swim or play tennis just a block away at the Mulholland Tennis Club ($150/week/person). The home is a few minutes from every restaurant in W. Hollywood or the Valley, but it's also a comfy well-equipped place to cook and hang, inside or on the patio.
The space
Open floor plan, with living room, kitchen and dining area attached. Really sunny space, but not oppressively so. Great outdoor area with barbecue and stylish mid-century seating. Gardens and hummingbirds all over the property. Master bedroom is large with a queen bed and a lot of closet space. Second bedroom has a full size mattress, with lots of storage for your stuff. Kitchen has every device imaginable. High end appliances and cooking gear. An office with large desk and printer, under a skylight in case you need to get any work done. Sonos speakers in all rooms. Great AC and heating, plus AppleTV with HBO, Hulu, Netflix, etc.
I only accept groups of three people or less.
