Whether you're planning a long vacation or a quick getaway, our place is equipped for both to ensure your holiday is unforgettable.This 1450 square feet upper villa sits surrounded by trees and mountain views from the living room and outdoor patios. Walk out the double french doors to a spacious balcony with mountains views, perfect for relaxing in the sun or enjoying a glass of wine after a a long day of sightseeing. Built in BBQ perfect for grilling and eating under the stars. A TRUE GEM. Exposed rustic beams, arches and rustic chandeliers adorn this unit, giving you the feel of old spain.
Gorgeous cooks kitchen fully equipped with top of the line stainless steel appliances. Original Saltillo tile, and stunning stone bathroom with built in seating to shower under the rain shower. Windows and french doors throughout giving the unit plenty of natural light and views of lush greenery that surround the villa. 50's flat screen TV with sound bar perfect to watch movies. Large master with a private balcony, plenty of natural light, Mountain View’s and private access to the bathroom. The second bedroom offers courtyard and lush views.

This rental has a very spacious living room, kitchen and dining room! We loved the acherecture with archways and beautiful framed windows and balconies! We walked easily to Hollywood blvd and a concert at Hollywood Bowl! We would definitely stay here again!

Great house on a quiet street in the Hollywood Heights. The house is Spanish style and has quintessential Los Angeles charm. House is furnished very nicely and stocked well. Parking was quite easy with the parking pass. Would definitely come back.

This was a perfect, quiet landing spot for tired feed after a concert at The Bowl. Enjoyed a glass of wine and an easy cooked dinner in the full kitchen before the show, walked maybe 10 minutes through the cute and historic neighborhood to the venue and then slept comfortably in the clean and airy rooms. The host was extremely responsive, quick questions were answered in 10 minutes or less. We will be back.

This property is so authentic and charming that we did not want to leave. It is exactly as pictured with privacy, tons of natural light, furnishings that are unique and totally in character with the house. We have an architect, interior designer and artist in our group and each were captivated by this property.

We loved our stay here, the location, thoughtful amenities, and stunning aesthetics made it just perfect, a real Hollywood dream. The home is tucked away in the quietest, but cutest cul de sac yet only a few minutes walk from the blvd. Comms with Diego were always easy, with really quick answers to our questions. I marked down ever so slightly on the cleanliness, because you couldn’t walk round barefoot or in white socks because you would get black feet. But the home was immaculately clean, those old stone floors must be a nightmare to keep spotless. This home is a diamond, and so reasonable when you compare it to costs of others in the area. Don’t hesitate to book this home, you’ll love it!Thanks Diego, when we return to the area your home will be our first choice. Thanks for having us!

Diego’s villa is lovely! It’s in a great location, walking distance to the Hollywood Bowl and Hollywood Blvd. Easy to get to, clean, and spacious. Host communication was great and timely. 10/10 would stay again!

Clean, spacious and comfortable.

The place itself is quite nice and we were happy with our stay. Just a few comments in the spirit of continuous improvement...1) there is a coffee maker but there was no coffee provided, and there are no grocery stores nearby. I think most people expect to see coffee when there is a coffee maker. 2) needs a new TV remote 3) might want to check the fridge (makes noise)

Great Location

This is a great location! Clean and as described. Diego communicated well with us prior to arrival. Takes about 3 minutes to get from house to Hollywood Boulevard.

Quiet charming

We stayed with our two twenty something kids over a holiday weekend and it fit us and our budget perfectly. Linens were nice. Spacious and over all clean. Parking is on the street but not right in front of the place. No big deal. If you want to cook bring your own spices and everything else you need. Great walking up in the neighborhood hills the host was very responsive

20 feet from Stardom

Beautiful little apartment with a fantastic view of the elevator from The Long Goodbye. Sweet little outdoor seating area. We did our own staircase tour of the area which was great fun! My daughter and her boyfriend have lived in LA and remarked on how fun it was to be able to walk to places like the Egyptian Theater and Musso and Frank's, and then come "home" to the quiet of the Hollywood Hills. I'd definitely stay here again! This apartment worked for us: two parents with a grown daughter and her boyfriend. I'm guessing that for two couples, the space might feel constraining. Besides the issue of just one bathroom, the headboards of the beds abut the central wall.

Nice layout and location but limited off-street parking

We had a short stay for the long weekend and not much time in the location. But if we had to stay for a week it would have needed reaching out to owner for some aspects. As the location was good and layout of space was roomy. Just needs a couple little touches and aspects to keep it maintained so it can be better appointed for future guests. For instance, suggest update listing description to note that its limited off-street parking and laundry isn't in the actual apartment but a separate part of the location across the way. Some aspects should be checked to ensure proper maintenance such as fridge has an error message that continually needs to be reset that prior guest that stayed had also highlighted. The 2nd bedroom canaster ceiling lights 3 out of 4 bulbs were burnt out. So only one light bulb was hanging on for dear life. Should provide or have available in the apartment space more than 4 towels for 4 guests. Keep in mind extra towel may be needed when women wash their hair. We looked for extra towels in the separate laundry room and couldn't make heads or tails of what was clean for us use so just used what we had available to us. Hot water in Shower is luke warm when bathroom facet gets really hot so not sure if different water heaters or if shower handle isn't working to turn enough for warmer shower.
