- Guest bedroom includes queen-sized bed, fireplace, closet, and its own private bathroom with glass-enclosed shower
- Fully equipped kitchen includes: Stainless Steel Appliances (fridge, gas range, microwave, & dishwasher), electric tea kettle (w/ herbal teas), coffee maker (w/ regular & decaf), and toaster oven
- Multiple outdoor spaces are ideal for relaxing, including a raised front sitting porch (with view of Krog Street Tunnel) and a large back deck that turns into a magical evening retreat at night
- Private parking for two cars located in backyard (on gravel) with additional street parking available for extra cars
* Additional Tiny Home Rental located in back of the property has separate parking and outdoor space (divided by tall privacy fencing). Both units can be rented together for accommodations for 6 people or separately as Main House sleeps 4 (2 bedrooms) and Tiny Home sleeps 2 (loft bedroom). This rental listing includes the main house only on the property. There is a separate tiny house on the property, which shares a driveway but both houses are divided by a privacy fence. Each house has its own separate parking. The main house has a front entryway and front sitting porch, as well as a back deck entry and backyard (accessible from a back alleyway).
The Neighborhood:
This home sits in the heart of Atlanta’s hippest neighborhood for artists and young families! There’s a view of Atlanta’s Krog Street Tunnel from the front porch, an iconic tunnel filled with street art, the perfect backdrop for pics/videos and an entertaining walk on the Beltline. We’re just one block from Cabbagetown Park (perfect for picnics and play time) and Atlanta’s famous Beltline (lined with popular restaurants, art installations, breweries, shopping and much more). Also, this home is a short walk to Krog Street Market (filled with restaurants & eateries), restaurants on Carroll St, and a quick drive to all of Atlanta’s other top neighborhoods and attractions.
Anywhere you want to go in Atlanta is a quick 5 to 20 min drive. With proximity to Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson International airport, only 15 mins away, this is the perfect location for any one in town for a short or long trip. With easy access to Highway 20, you can make it to any location in Atlanta generally within 20 minutes (without traffic). Many of Atlanta's most popular attractions like: Zoo Atlanta, Fox Theater, Midtown, Peachtree City, Five Points, Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, Centennial Olympic Park, CNN Center, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Philips Arena, Atlanta Botanical Gardens, Georgia Dome, World Congress Center, Georgia Tech, Atlanta Medical Center, Buckhead, Lenox Square, Georgia State University, Clark Atlanta University, Morehouse College, Spelman College, Emory Hospital, Grady Hospital, Piedmont Hospital are all easily accessible!
Getting Around:
So much available within walking distance from this home (see location section for details). There’s even space to securely store bikes if you choose to bring them, as well. The Beltline is within 100 feet of this home and connects some of Atlanta’s most popular neighborhoods so I highly recommend a walk, scooter (available for rent), or bike ride during your stay. We’re also just a short drive to all of Atlanta’s attractions and hotspots with ridesharing services Lyft and Uber available.

Please note, we DO NOT allow for EARLY CHECK-INS or LATE CHECK-OUTS because our homes are occupied with guests back to back. My sister and I had an amazing experience. The property is in the perfect location, with easy (and walkable) access to the beltline, restaurants, and entertainment. The property was exactly as listed (beautiful & clean, fully equipped), Danielle was very communicative. I would definitely be back.
