Casa móvil ha sido completamente renovado con piso laminado, televisión de pantalla plana, drywall, electrodomésticos de tamaño completo, incluyendo lavavajillas y cocina nueva. La propiedad cuenta con 2 porches y un amplio aparcamiento. Para ser claros, no se encuentra en el río, pero se encuentra a pocos pasos del parque de la orilla del río de nuestra propia comunidad privada en Río Vista. El parque se encuentra a orillas del río del arco iris con una zona de baño, rampa para botes, pabellones de picnic, barbacoas y baños. Esta es una pequeña comunidad muy aislada con sólo un camino de entrada y salida a la carretera principal que atraviesa la ciudad. Es muy tranquila y pacífica, sin embargo cerca de las necesidades básicas. Hay tiendas de comestibles, Walmart, y varios restaurantes y parques con 5 millas.

This was a nice quiet property with a lot of privacy! We really like the outdoor screened in porches. The inside of the house had plenty a room and was well-equipped! The manager Sharon was very helpful anything we ask she was right there ! We would recommend bit of ParadiseFor a nice relaxing stay! Lyle and Susie

Beautiful, quiet location and perfect house for our family!

We LOVE this place! The location is perfect - quiet, relaxing, and walking distance to the river (and only 5 minutes to groceries- Aldi, Walmart, etc.). The house is the best vacation house we've stayed in with 4 kids! The porches are so lovely! Sitting outside listening to the wildlife and watching the birds and tiny lizards is so fun! The house is equipped with everything you could imagine needing! And the owners...they are amazing people! So very helpful and kind! We loved it so much here, we extended our stay! Highly recommended!!

A Bit of paradise is what it was!!

When I left Wisconsin it was -30 and when I arrived in Dunnellon It was 75 degrees and sunny, and it only got better!! I was impressed with the cleanliness of the house and it had everything but my tooth brush. Sharon was very accommodating and was only a couple doors away but I never new she was there. The house was a very short walk from The Rainbow River for kayaking ,fishing or just grilling out and relaxing. Dunnellon was only a couple miles away and has everything you need including fresh seafood stand and produce. I had plenty of room for parking my truck ,trailer, motorcycle, kayak and pedal bike and never worried about anyone stealing anything. Very nice neighborhood. So glad to hear that you were able to escape the frigid cold and enjoy the use of all your "toys" in what we commonly refer to as paradise. We are quite particular about the cleanliness of our rental and like to be sure our guests have everything they need to enjoy thier stay. After reading your lovely review, I would have to say that I have accomplished that. The vacation rental is in a rather secluded area since there really is no thru traffic yet you are not far from the heart of Dunnellon. Yes, I too love the produce stand and the seafood truck right in town. It doesn't get any fresher than that. It was my pleasure having you as my guest.
