The property was amazing. The views are incredible! It was very clean and everything that we needed was available to us. The owners were so friendly and pleasant, they went out of their way to help us out in all of our needs. The Terraces at Rincon are 5 + ⭐️!!!

Spectacular Stay!

What a hidden gem in Rincon! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day. We had a group of four and Suite #3 was perfect. The property and grounds are very well maintained, the views of both ocean and mountain are spectacular. The terrace up too was our favorite spot to catch a wonderful breeze and watch the sunsets. The unit was clean, well stocked and very comfy. The greeter was also super kind. Thank you for a nice getaway!

Paradise Perfection!

We had the vacation of our lives while staying at the Terraces. The view from the raven suite was breath taking. We enjoyed waking up with the sunrise every morning and having breakfast on the terrace. The place felt secluded but was within a short drive to many beaches and restaurants. My only minor wish would be for the suite to have more lamps in the bedrooms. We will definitley stay at the Terraces next time we visit Rincon!

Clean and Tranquil

Everything was as stated in the listing. The pool was such a nice bonus. One of the things that was not on the listing is that they have a laundry room that you can use in your stay there. The outdoor shower was convenient for when you go to beach to rinse sand off. Thank you!

Perfect spot

A friend and I were in town for a diving trip. This place is five minutes from the beach or so, and was quiet, clean, functional, and has a great South facing view. Not sure if it's as quiet when full (these are COVID times), but I would stay there again. And, of course, if there were more people there if might be more fun too --- there are decks, a pool, and even some gym equipment.

All the previous reviews are so true!! This is an amazing property! The pictures do not make any justice. We stay with two families.So many great things that I do not know where to begin! The property is outstanding, greatly care for, super clean and beautiful. Decor is beautiful! This property is private enough but close to everything! Villa #2 was amazing. The views from this property are incredible! The terrace on top gives you a 360 degree view of Rincon and ocean. The sunrise and sunset are to die for!!! The property had everything you need, just bring your food!!! The owner, Dujardin Bonet is the BEST HOST I had the pleasure to deal with!!! He was very responsive, caring and attentive. Communicated with us through the stay. I wish we could get service like that everywhere! If you like your privacy but be close to everything, this is your place!

So Great we came back...

It was only a mile to town ( I walked) my cousin drove...The gym was an added bonus! We had 2 bedrooms that opened onto relaxing porch. Our Host was perfect. We left and returned for another 2 weeks.

A tranquil mountain getaway.

We stayed at the Terraces in the Raven Suite for 9 days in February. This is a marvelous property. The setting is stunning, atop the hills that surround Rincon. The town's center and local beaches are only a 10 minute drive away. I enjoyed the tranquility of the apartment, breakfast on the shaded patio overlooking the hillside garden, dinner on the private patio under the stars. We felt safe and enjoyed sleeping with the windows open listening to the sounds of the "coqui", tree frogs. The kitchen is fully furnished and made our vacation more affordable. There was even an outdoor sink and grill available for use. The bathroom and bedrooms were well equipped. There was a large tiled shower with plenty of hot water that felt great after a day at the beach. Everything was spotlessly clean. We even had a washing machine in the apartment and were able to wash and dry and go home with clean clothing. We appreciated all the extra touches, the soft fluffy towels, big bar of soap, beach towels and cooler for the beach. Our host was Fernando, the property manager. He was so welcoming and showed us all over the property, making us feel at home. He helped us with recommendations for a great local restaurant and in finding an amazing spot for swimming and snorkeling. I recommend this property and cannot wait to go back.
