Casa privada con espectaculares vistas! ¡Disfruta de esta cómoda casa de 2 dormitorios, 1 baño con estacionamiento privado, aire acondicionado en ambas habitaciones, TV por cable, pantalla plana de 32 pulgadas, acceso a Internet y una cocina totalmente equipada! Gran área de patio al aire libre con parrilla de gas, mesa de patio y una bañera / spa al aire libre con chorros. Amanecer durante todo el año, puesta de sol estacional y observación de ballenas. Todo esto a pocos pasos de la hermosa playa de arena, ideal para surfear y nadar (cuando el oleaje es mínimo). A poca distancia de varios bares / restaurantes locales, tiendas de regalos, etc.

The only reason I gave a good instead of excellent as an overall rating, there was an issue with the ice maker in the freezer. We didn't cook much but the skillets for breakfast were not great. Location was great. Lots of restauraunts within 15-20 minutes. If you are not used too heat and humidity, then it could get too warm downstairs, since the A/C units are upstairs. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Our favorite beach and water was at the Marine reserve approximately 10 minutes from the residence. The water was so refreshing. We will stay here in the future.

Rustic cottage ocean view

This property was perfect for our week stay in Rincon. It was comfortable, clean and had all the essentials for our stay. Management was great at communicating and answering questions in a timely manner.

Nice, need car

Nice property, water heater acts up occasionally but works most of the time. No A/C downstairs but upstairs units cool the whole place adequately. Good WiFi, parking spots, beach chairs and kitchenware. Need car to get anywhere but that’s mostly the case with Rincón. Would definitively stay again.

Great spot in Rincon

Very nice house with great access to Pools beach and other locations. The property has a backup generator and water, which came in handy as we were there during an island-wide power outage. Hosts Ryan and Erica were both very responsive and helpful, especially when the area was having its utility issues. If you're traveling with toddlers or older folks just be aware that the access to the second floor is steep, more or less a ladder, and plan accordingly. My family highly recommends the house!

The house was very clean! The neighborhood was busier than expected. It was odd having someone walk by the patio as they were staying in house below. Would have wanted more privacy.

Jungle retreat

I had a great stay. For most of my stay I was a solo female and I felt perfectly safe! It was very quiet and relaxing. It was great to be in the trees and hear the birds and the frogs. There was a mother and son staying in the main house that is behind a fence and they accessed that using a path on the edge of the property. That is the only time you see other; otherwise, it's very private. They were very respectful. You can walk to the beach but you aren't going to carry your surfboard! It's a steep hill. However, I loved walking in the morning - down the hill and then on the flat road that runs along the beach to check out the surf and maybe get a smoothie. I didn't want to leave!

Perfect spot

Our stay at Rustic Retreat exceeded expectations. The house was perfect for our family of 4. More space than the pictures look. The outside space was private and beautiful. The balcony had a great view. The location was perfect. Walking distance to great surf breaks, restaurants, shops and bars. Short drive to the rest of the areas main attractions. Erica and Ryan were fantastic hosts. We would 100 percent stay here again!

Adorable rustic retreat!

Amazing property just as describe as a rustic retreat! Surrounded by beautiful gardens, fresh updated interior, and plenty of privacy. Large outdoor area for much needed relaxation and hanging out. Ample hot water which isn’t normal for these parts of town! The owners are on top of everything especially if even the smallest thing is needed! Great place , great location and great people.

Wonderful beach bungalow!

The house was exactly as described with a perfect location with short walk to beach. Comfy bedrooms with little balcony overlooking sunset and sea were great. Patio area was a nice place to relax and cook out on the grill. Hosts were easy to communicate with and professional. Great stay and wonderful home base in Puntas.

Great little house

This was a great little house with a serene outdoor space. Our hosts Ryan and Erika were very helpful with suggestions for local beaches and restaurants and responsive to all our needs. Since we prepared many of our meals we were very happy with the plates, dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, and sharp knives in the kitchen. The only thing missing was a dish drainer and basic condiments like salt and pepper. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed the view of the ocean from those second floor rooms. The access to the upstairs is via a ladder with broad steps and sturdy railings, but we are all seniors and hauling the suitcases up and down them was a bit of a challenge. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in Rincon at the Rustic Retreat.

Beach cottage

Ryan and Erica were very kind and accommodating with allowing us early check in. The house was very clean and lovely. This is our second visit and we can’t wait to wake up to the ocean view again. We couldn’t imagine this visit being as good as our last years stay but we were overwhelmed with joy once again. Thank you Ryan and Erica :)

Treadmill in the living room

I love the location. The people. The beach. The property manger were extremely helpful. It would be been perfect if there wasn’t a giant treadmill in the middle of the living room. If it is not ok to be I be pictures is probably not ok to leave an unusable treadmill in the living room and rent to your guest.

We Love Rustic Retreat

So glad we returned to Rustic Retreat! Perfect location with the beach so close. Moonbathing in the outdoor bathtub is a dream, as is the outdoor shower. Favorite place!

Wonderful cottage, great location.

This was the perfect cottage for our stay in Rincon. Location near the beach, everything we needed, just the right size, well kept, nice out door sitting area with grill and tub. We would highly recommend and will stay here when we return.

I have been coming to Rincon since 1995. I fell in love with this island, it's people and their warm culture. I live on the same property in a separate house below in the valley. Enough privacy, but we are always here if you need anything. It is myself, my wife Erica, our two boys (Dante-10yo and Rise-5yo) and our dog, Shrimp.

We look forward to sharing our piece of paradise with you!
