The location was wonderful! Just a couple of miles from the Zoo, the Botanical Gardens and the museum. The room was just what I needed. It was clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The host was responsive and friendly.

Nice place, GPS doesnt really help.

Great neighborhood. Quiet and clean place. It would be nice if there were more details about finding the place. The GPS directed me to the parking lot behind the building where it was impossibile to find the entrance. Coming at night made it more difficult. Fortunately, my Uber driver was willing to help and found the door for me.

Cute room in a great location. The bed was super comfortable and full attached bath with tub was great. There isn’t a fridge but that wasn’t a problem for our stay. Lots of street parking available. Very clean!

Excellent value

Not much more to say. Excellent value for a basic bedroom and bathroom not too far from downtown Denver. Easy street parking nearby.

Quiet, private, and comfortable room

This was a very private, clean, and quiet room on the lower floor of a townhouse. I appreciated the convenience of being right by the front door and the security of having both the front and room doors unlock by code (different for each). The host was very quick to respond when I had a question. The location is super convenient for me (around the corner from my daughter's apartment) and the price was very reasonable, so I will definitely book the room again! The only thing I would suggest would be to improve the coffee set-up: it was great that there was a coffee machine and coffee grounds, but I didn't use it because I don't drink it black (maybe some type of creamer that doesn't require refrigeration could be added). But coffee in the room is not a must for me, it would just be nice to have the option.

2 Adults staying 3 nights with only 1 washcloth and 2 towels. Had to buy some!

Fine little dorm for a solo traveler.

I was in town for a weekend of concerts at the Bluebird and this room was exactly what I needed. It’s just a room with an attached bathroom on the ground level of someone’s townhome, but was very private, centrally located for my trip and the best deal I could find. There’s a coffee machine, a tv and a mini fridge. There was some ground coffee and a filter but wouldn’t have been enough for the three days. I didn’t use it but hadn’t expected it either. Normal toiletries under the sink if you didn’t have your own. Door code was sent day before arrival. I can’t speak to host response rate but then again I never needed to reach out! If your solo and looking to stay near city/congress/cherry park you can’t beat the price and everything went perfectly fine!

Had trouble with the door code, don’t miss the little symbol after the code (not just for corrections! my fault, I was tired.) Newer/smoother sheets would be appreciated. The air freshener gave me a migraine, would not recommend that be used, but I unplugged while I was there. Bathtub a huge plus, cleaning supplies available under sink. Area felt very safe.
