Upstairs, the loft brings its own vibe- foosball tournaments, a sunny lounge chair for reading, and a desk setup ideal for remote work. It’s a second living space where everyone can spread out.

Cook like home with a fully equipped kitchen featuring full-size appliances, cookware, and dishware for family meals or easy takeout. We also have kid-friendly dishware. Guests also love the eight-person dining table and the nugget ice maker for cocktails, sodas, or iced coffee.

Three bedrooms offer premium queen mattresses, crisp linens, and smart TVs. Each includes closet space and cozy details that make unpacking effortless. Perfect for couples, friends, or families—everyone has a private retreat.

Hosting isn’t just about providing a house- it’s about making sure the details are thought through so guests can relax and focus on their trip. I’m responsive if questions come up, and I’ve designed the space with the kind of touches I personally look for when traveling, like easy check-in, plenty of room for everyone, and little conveniences that make a stay memorable.

I chose this neighborhood because it’s right in the middle of everything without feeling hectic. On weekends, you can walk to a game at Carter-Finley or a concert at PNC Arena, then come back to a quiet street where the only sound might be crickets at night. I like that it feels tucked away but still puts you just minutes from downtown, the fairgrounds, and some of Raleigh’s best parks. It’s the kind of spot where you can enjoy the energy of the city, then step back into calm.

What makes this property unique is how much space there is for everyone to spread out while still feeling connected. You’ve got two separate living areas- one for movie nights and one for games or work- so groups never feel cramped. Each bedroom has its own TV and plenty of privacy, and with three full bathrooms, no one is waiting to get ready. Add in the nugget ice maker, dog-friendly setup, and a location where you can walk to Raleigh’s biggest venues it’s the rare place that’s both convenient and thoughtfully designed for groups.
