Beautiful condo just a couple blocks to the boardwalk and beach. We enjoyed our time in the pool and loved how centrally located and within walking distance of so many great places. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice condo, well located, not too far from the beach. Very clean. Lovely neighbours that live in the building . Great terrasse with Bbq. Only downside was the loud and not super efficient AC.

Overall, it was enjoyable. The accommodations were good, and the price was great. The location made easy access to the beach and boardwalk attractions. Would definitely recommend it !

Very clean and comfortable a great spot in a great location. Host communication was excellent. Easy access, nice pool and deck right outside your door. Walkable to many attractions and restaurants. Spent 3 nights and would definitely return.

Our stay was great, easy entry and departure, location was excelent. Having the pool right there was convienent and the room itself was perfect for our little family vacation! Will prolly try and stay longer next year!!! Host was very personable and great! Overall an amazing experience and plan on booking again next summer!

Had a great stay at this property. It is centrally located, very clean and well kept. The host was great to work with, super responsive to questions and very nice. Would definitely rent again!

Great Vacation!

Lou is a fantastic host. Communication was above and beyond, condo was perfect, and in a central location. Our 3 year old had a blast swimming in the pool, and overall during our stay!

The host Lou was very communicative about the whole stay. He sent me my documents and information promptly. The unit was well located by a lot of places and about 3 blocks from the beach. There’s a beautiful pool area with lounge chairs, a large sun deck and plenty of outside space. The neighbors I met were all warm and welcoming. You have an assigned parking spot conveniently located by the steps that take you right up to the unit. The bedroom was cozy, mattresses were comfy and the air conditioning worked great. The bathroom was nice & clean and has good water pressure in the shower. There’s a kitchenette that was well stocked although we only used the fridge for water bottles but you can definitely cook on the range or microwave if needed. The living room area gets extremely warm but there is a ceiling fan and also a stand up fan which was in the unit to use so it was tolerable. I stayed here 8/25-8/28 and had great weather for the beach & pool. I would absolutely recommend this place and I can’t wait to go back next summer. The unit was reasonably priced and again clean and convenient to get around. Thanks Lou!! Hope to rent again next year!!

Great condo near everything!

Cozy, clean, well maintained condo within walking distance to everything… restaurants, ice cream, mini golf, shops, water sports, boardwalk…etc. Don’t want to go out? Relax by the pool, or grill on the large patio and watch the fireworks from there!

A Total Gem

My 11 year old daughter and I were in the area for a dance competition when I found this beautiful listing. Not only was the condo well maintained and clean, the location was perfect! All of the neighbors were friendly and helpful and Lou was fantastic and answered any questions I had promptly. My daughter and I will absolutely be returning next summer!

Perfect for young family for a long weekend

The property was perfect for our young family of four. Location was convienent to everything, off street parking was a plus. Pool was nice, neighbors are friendly. Unit itself was well represented. Pull out couch was a typical pull out but the other beds were very comfy. Def pack a fan if your using the living room for sleeping to help move the air. Host was responsive and helpful.
