All Guests will be required to have an Armband while on any portion of the Horizon South Property.
Children 5 years old and younger will NOT be required to purchase or wear an Armband. Failure to not display an Armband can result in removal from the property.
Armband Cost shall be $20.00 per 7 days not to exceed $40.00 in a continuous stay of 6 months.
Armbands will be color-coded and rotated out weekly to prevent the reutilization of Armbands.
Paying Guests will NOT be allowed to utilize Owner Armbands. In the event this occurs the Owner Armband will be confiscated.
