Family friendly home in wonderful neighborhood

Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 4-bedroom house in Windsor. You'll have the entire 3 level home to yourselves while we're traveling. Marvelous and spacious, this property offers a comfortable retreat for guests. With 1 king bed, 2 full beds, and 1 bunk bed, there's plenty of room for everyone to unwind. There's also an extra game room downstairs that has a full size murphy bed if needed. The house features heating, a washing machine, AC, and WiFi for your convenience. You'll find 4 bathrooms, each equipped with essential amenities. Whether you're exploring the charming city or simply relaxing indoors, our place is the perfect base for your adventures. Enjoy all that Windsor has to offer when you stay at our place. This is our main home so you'll have access to any available boy toys too! We have a nice sized back yard with some yard games. Puzzle and game closet also available. It's only available when we're out of town so you'll have the home to yourselves. Walking distance to neighborhood parks. We have a garage but one of our cars will be in it so you'll share the space with it and have driveway parking.

Awesome home and neighborhood!

This home was the best VRBO we have ever stayed at. It accommodated all of our needs! It was clean and had plenty of space for everyone. The neighborhood was an added bonus with an amazing park! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to this area!

Best Home Away From Home!

Amazing house with many accommodations!! Very comfortable and a great location. The kids had lots to do and stayed entertained. The host was easy to get in contact with and extremely friendly and helpful. The house was very clean and we would highly recommend for anyone looking for the perfect place to stay in Colorado!

A must to stay in the area!!!

Check-in was smooth. The host had wonderful communication and property was as listed. Really nice area, neighbors were nice. We had 4 adults and 3 teenagers. Girls shared the bunk beds and had the entire downstairs to themselves. There was a couch and Murphy bed in that area as well- tons of games, even had access to bikes. Kitchen had everything you might need and we even grilled out. Probably the best VRBO I have ever rented.

AMAZING!!!

Cerrisa’s place was everything we could have asked for and more. The house was spacious and clean. My son came with me and he was in heaven with all the need guns, basketball, and board games! The neighborhood was so beautiful and there was something active to do around every corner. Cerrisa was easy to get ahold of if we needed anything at all!! We will definitely be booking again!!!

We'd stay here again!

Great family home in a beautiful, quiet new community neighborhood. We comfortably had 3 adult kids and our parents stay with us in there very welcoming home and huge backyard. We stayed here for our son's college graduation. Everything you need in the kitchen. Huge clean fridge. Coffee maker, air fryer, toaster and more. Newer pots and pans would be nice. Fast wi-fi. A nice air filtration in the kitchen. Tons of bikes in the garage. They allowed us an early check-in and later check-out. Great heating/AC system. The owner gave us her mobile # and responded quite quickly.We'd definitely stay here again! Thank you for a great stay!

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this well appointed house in Windsor. Communication was perfect with the owner beforehand, and all the house entry codes worked well. The house is located about 3 miles east of The Ranch event center in a beautiful neighborhood with walking paths and a pool (entry fee for pool). The house had the office, kitchen, and living room on the main floor, master bed/bath upstairs along with 2 bedrooms with a shared bath and a small seating area. We didn’t quite catch that there was also a room downstairs with double bunkbeds that had a trundle underneath. The girls could have brought another friend! Also, there’s a Murphy bed in the downstairs common area. Lots of spaces for people to be. House had smoking fast internet which was super for teleworking. Overall a great stay!

We're a family of 4 with 2 boys elementary age and 2 pups. We take frequent trips so decided to rent out our wonderful home while we're away. We do have a bearded dragon but she'll be at a boarding facility (or asleep) while you stay.

Our neighborhood is amazing with close parks within walking distance; an hour from Denver and an hour from Cheyenne Wyoming. We're also under an hour with a nice day trip to estes park.
