Comfort and spacious

This property was spacious, clean, and a great distance to the airport. Communication with the host was very good and timely. The property provided for my family’s basic needs, but there were things that could have made the stay more comfortable. First, there were minimal kitchen supplies, which decreased the functionality of the kitchen. Additionally, the bunk beds were extremely noisy. They creak loudly enough to wake someone up at the slightest movements. Overall, this was a good stay, but there were areas for improvement.

Clean and comfortable

Nice property. I wish the manager would’ve left the Wi-Fi information. Possibly some hand soap for the bathrooms. Soap for dishes. It felt like it was the bare minimum in terms of supplies. I’ve stayed places where they were more accommodating in that area. Other than that, the place was great. It was clean quiet and I would stay again.

First family trip

Great location and booking for our first family trip together, with wonderful communication and instructions by the renter.The property was close to familiar restaurants i.e. Chick-fil-A, and Publix grocery store for a quick snacks/supply run. It was clean and quite comfortable; downstairs activities and noise didn’t bother the upstairs sleeping members. It also had close proximity to the highway, but far enough away to feel like a country setting. Although you are extremely close to your neighbors-it is a townhouse reminiscent of a New York brownstone in design- we did not hear or see our neighbors at all. They supplied hand soap, dish detergent and thick, fluffy towels. Didn’t have to get our own dishes or cutlery because they provided that as well. It really suited our family of four adults and a great time was had by all!!!

The house was clean, the location was a little out the way but, it was quiet, didn’t have enough supplies to get through the day. I kno we have to get stuff but there wasn’t enough to get you started, and I can tell that the neighbors smoked cause we came in late one night and it smelled like weed. But overall it was a nice spot and I would recommend it.

Clean stay, but a few things to knowWe stayed here as a family of five. The space was clean and served its purpose, but don’t expect luxury. Beds are extremely firm, and the bunkbed creaks loudly with every move.AC blows cold (which we appreciated), but it’s loud—bring a blanket if you’re sensitive to noise or air. Only two TVs (master living room), no coffee, no paper towels, and the towels provided weren’t the softest.There’s no real backyard, so not ideal if you’re bringing kids who need space to play. Just know this is a place to sleep—nothing more. If that’s all you need, it gets the job done.

Hi, thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback and would like to extend a future stay. Since your previous stay, we’ve upgraded the mattresses with toppers to add additional comfort. The central AC, which guests have access to can be turned down/off according to individual needs. Although additional blankets/comforters were provided for your stay, we have moved them to the individual room closets for convenient access. We’ve also upgraded the towels and bedding on hand in the house. The townhome is a traditional style with limited backyard space, much like other townhomes. However, we’re making a commitment to list park areas nearby where kids can play freely. Inside the home, card/board games were available during your stay but since then, we’ve moved them to a central location so that they can be noticed more easily. Items like paper towels are typically kept on-hand in the house, so we’ve prioritized the small details with our cleaning staff.

Good location, not well managed.

The location of the property was great for our visit to the Ren Faire in Fairburn. Check in was easy. There were not enough towels for the registered guests (5 for 7 guests), there was no handsoap or handtowels in any of the bathrooms, there was no towels or pot holders in the kitchen for use while cooking or to clean dishes while staying, so all of that had to be purchased to help the property be useable. When hist contacted, was told there was no availability for property management staff to bring any additional needs. It was disappointing.

Birthday Celebration

We couldnt have asked for a better stay! Four out of the six people in our party were celebrating our birthday season. We came to have a great time and we did!Early check is was offered, which was a nice touch (we couldn't take advantage of the offer though). Check in was as easy as they come! The door code was sent shortly before check in time and it worked as it should. Everything was as represented in the listing. There was plenty of room for everyone in our party. Location was perfect to the event we were attending. The neighborhood was clean and very quiet. Parking is a bit tight as it is a row townhouse but our guests were able to make it work.The couple minor issues that did arise were responded to quickly by the host (nothing that required someone to come out). Communication was probably the best for any property I've stayed at previously.All in all we had a great birthday trip. Thank you for providing an amazing property!

All in the experience was great we made what was… the home is very spacious and comfortable. Need a little tender care… There’s only one WORKING television couldn’t find the remote to the one in the master bedroom. Be mindful that if you stay here and would like to prepare dinner bring everything you need seasoning cups paper plates anything that you could possibly need… I didn’t mind because I wasn’t cooking but realized I needed salt for my take out food I had and there was none there… the bed in the master bedroom is VERY firm but not too bad…. All in all my stay was great I felt safe and comfortable. Will book again oh and it’s clean.
