About The Lincoln House:
-3 different living spaces that have comfortable couches and Smart TVs with streaming services.
-Lower level rec room with POOL TABLE, gas fireplace, dartboard, wrap around couch AND a half bath.
-Large chef's kitchen with high end appliances and seating for large groups
-A game room fully stocked with games, books and puzzles for all ages
-Warm up after a long day skiing or hiking by the gas fireplace on the lower level and electric fireplace on the first floor
-3 king bedrooms with new memory foam mattresses, exquisite Casper pillows, and luxurious linens.
- Bunkroom for kids
- 1 bedroom with two full beds
-Jacuzzi tub in primary bedroom
-Business workspace with monitor and keyboard.
-Oversized mudroom directly off of 2 car attached garage, containing space for all of your ski gear as well as boot heaters.
-First floor, lower level and outdoor Bluetooth surround sound.

We had such a great time. The house was large and very kid friendly. The property was located in a cute town and the kids had fun playing in the snow on the property.

My parents, my family, my brothers family and my sisters family all stayed here. The location was perfect. On the main road, 3 mins from loon, so close that when my niece was sick at the mountain, the people not skiing were able to come and pick her up and we didn’t have to miss any ski time. The home was very comfortable, many areas for us to do different things but then also big enough for us to all be together! Beds are very comfortable in my opinion. Super easy check in and check out experience! Also, we did not need to contact Kerin for much but when I did, she responded within minutes! Super close to everything, we skied at Loon, and went to the ice castles and snow mobilized! All within 8 mins! Zero complaints for us, and super grateful for Kerin sharing her home with us!

Lincoln House

The house was beautiful and a great location, we were able to walk to dinner and breakfast. We really enjoyed the fire pit and appreciated the abundant supply of wood. I recommend this house to anyone that wants to enjoy the White Mountains.

Everyone was blown away at how nice a house this was to stay in for a week. We skied almost every day. Loon,Bretton Woods, Waterville & Cranmore.Very big and comfortable. Beautiful inside & out!!!You can’t go wrong with this place

Perfect home for several families!

We had a great stay at the Lincoln House! We planned a quick getaway with two other couples ( kids too) and we had plenty of space and privacy. The adults loved the comfortable king beds. The kids loved the yard and game room! Kerin was a great host and so helpful! We can’t wait to come back this summer!!

Loved this house!

We had a wonderful stay at The Lincoln House! The rooms are all spacious, comfortable, and very clean! We enjoyed being able to play games in the game room, watch movies together in the family room, and play pool and darts at night in the lower level. The location of the Lincoln House can’t be beat! The Main Street location allowed us to be able to walk to restaurants for dinner at night. Our favorite was the Gypsy Café! Kerin was a wonderful host, extremely responsive, easy to communicate with. She gave us tons of great recommendations. We will most definitely be staying at the Lincoln House again!

White Mountain Gem Indeed!

Our recent 4-night stay at this upscale property in Lincoln, NH was absolutely incredible! We were a group of 6 adults and 5 children, and this property exceeded our expectations. First of all, the location was perfect. With many attractions nearby, we were able to easily explore the and area make the most of our visit. The house itself was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with spacious and beautifully decorated rooms that provided the perfect balance of luxury and comfort. The attention to detail was impeccable, and the rooms had been thoughtfully designed to cater to the needs of both adults and children. The children had an absolute blast during our stay! The property had plenty of space and amenities to keep them entertained including a well-equipped playroom and a huge backyard for outdoor activities. As for the adults, we couldn't have asked for more. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the dining area was perfect for gathering together and enjoying quality time as a group. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. Last but not least, we want to express our gratitude to the property management team. They were incredibly responsive and accommodating, making sure our visit was absolutely perfect from start to finish! Our stay in this wonderful property was an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and family-friendly getaway in Lincoln, NH!

Once you stay at the Lincoln House you will understand why we love this neighborhood. The location is perfect combination between convenience and mountain luxury living. There is no other property in all of Lincoln like our home. In the daytime or evening you can walk to restaurants, hikes, or any of the fun action in Lincoln. While if a low key scene is more your vibe, the sprawling backyard, fire pit and patio offer breathtaking views of the mountains.

This is one of the most unique homes you will ever stay at. This home has been designed and updated with care while maintaining it's historical charm. This was once the home of J.E Henry, the man that is often credited for putting Lincoln New Hampshire on the map. The space itself is amazing, there is no better place to stay in New Hampshire for large groups. It's the ideal place for wedding parties, family reunions, corporate retreats or a fun vacation with a group of friends.
