Stay in a 100-year-old Craftsman bungalow in the heart of downtown Davis, just steps from cafés, the Farmers Market, and UC Davis. Located on the edge of downtown Davis, Yolo Bungalow offers the convenience of being within walking distance of cafés, restaurants, shops, the Farmers Market, and the Pence Gallery, while still being on a residential street. It's an easy base for exploring downtown or visiting UC Davis, with the Amtrak station also nearby.

Many guests enjoy leaving the car parked and walking to meals, coffee, or local events. The neighborhood is especially convenient for UC Davis visitors, families, business travelers, and anyone arriving by train. Off-street parking is available in the driveway if you're traveling by car.

Downtown offers a wide variety of restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and local businesses to explore. The Davis Farmers Market is a favorite for fresh produce, prepared foods, and community events, and the Davis Food Co-op is just a short walk away for groceries and everyday essentials.

Because of the home's central location, you may notice some daytime street activity and occasional train noise from about two blocks away. To help make your stay as comfortable as possible, the home is equipped with double-pane windows, white noise machines in each bedroom, and complimentary earplugs.

Whether you're visiting UC Davis, attending an event, working remotely, or simply exploring Davis, the neighborhood offers a convenient, walkable location with easy access to many of the city's highlights.


Private, 24/7 access with a personalized entry code makes arrivals easy and lets you come and go on your schedule. You’ll have the entire home, including the private fenced backyard and patio, plus in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience. Driveway/off-street parking is available on the property. Please note the detached garage, an interior storage closet, and a small storage unit are not accessible, and exterior cameras at the front door, back door, and driveway monitor only outdoor areas; there are no interior cameras.

Pet-Friendly Setup
We’re happy to welcome dogs, and other pets may be considered with prior approval. A pet fee applies. We provide bowls, furniture covers, towels for muddy paws, and a few extras to help make traveling with pets easy and comfortable.

Rental Agreement & Verification
A rental agreement is required after booking. For non-Airbnb reservations, guest verification and any required deposit are handled through our third-party partner, Truvi. Feel free to reach out before booking with any questions.

Location & City Sounds

Security Cameras
For safety and property security, exterior cameras are located at the front door, back door, and driveway areas. These monitor entrances and outdoor spaces only. There are no interior cameras.

Landscaping & Trash
Landscapers visit every other Friday, usually mid-morning. Trash service is also on Fridays and is typically handled by our team.
