This adorable cottage is nestled down an enchanting alleyway in the heart of Wilmington’s historic overlay. With a total living area of 980 square feet, this cozy 2 story abode is packed full of character and charm. It is a mere 5 minutes from downtown Wilmington with its quaint shopping, restaurants and vibrant nightlife, and 10 minutes from NC's most beautiful beaches. It is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, on a tree-lined street overlooking Mary Bridgers Park.

Wilmington has it all, from historic downtown with its charming boutiques, art galleries and cozy cafes, to some of the most stunning beaches on the east coast, including Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. It is also home to the annual NC Azalea Festival and Riverfest. Parkview Cottage is situated in the perfect location to take in everything that Wilmington has to offer.

Lovely & Well Appointed Rental

The cottage was charming, clean, and well situated to get quickly to many locations in the area. The neighborhood is a quiet one, and the adjoining park is a great bonus. The host was friendly, helpful, and communicative. We’ll definitely stay here next time we come this way!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is so quaint and Donnie did a great job updating it. We had everything we needed and would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Amazing!

I truly cannot say enough good things about this listing! The home was super clean and included so many thoughtful little touches. It was tucked into such a charming little neighborhood that it made you forget you were in a city. And the host was awesome - very friendly and helpful - and he went above and beyond in every way. Super Host for sure! We travel into town several times a year, and will definitely be looking into this listing first every time we come.

Great find!

We had a wonderful time at Parkview Cottage on our weekend trip to Wilmington. The neighborhood was lovely and a quick ride away from great food and fun times downtown. The home was clean, well furnished and very comfortable for our group of three. Highly recommend!

Wonderful quaint cottage

Property was exactly as advertised. It is a unique, quaint cottage in a great neighborhood close to everything. The owner, Donnie, was very accomodating. Everything was perfect. i plan on renting again the next time I visit Wilmington.

Tranquil setting in historic downtown

The Cottage is in a wonderful location, better than I expected. A calm and peaceful setting, backing up to an old creek with fish jumping when you walk by. I remember fishing along this creek as a kid, great to see this area still as tranquil as I remember. Beautiful upgrades throughout the home bring this charming cottage up to date. Enjoyed speaking with Donnie, he is a wonderful host, a true gem. Thank you Donnie! Would definitely stay here again! Thanks, Glen

Luxurious relaxation

We stayed in the cottage for 4 nights. The weather was 15 degrees above normal for that time of year however we were cool and comfortable inside. After it cooled off in the evening we were able to spend some time on the back deck. We also took a walk around the park and near the water in the morning before it heated up outside. The location was ideal for us. Not too far from the beaches or downtown and we visited both every day. The accommodations are top shelf…comfortable bed, chairs and a well stocked kitchen. Donnie even provided several snacks and beverages which were an added plus. There was nothing for us to do but checkin and relax which we did. We will come back to stay on our next visit to the area. Little piece of heaven

We loved the cottage, it was comfortable and well appointed in a great neighborhood and location. We loved all the nature surrounding it and our host was great! Will definitely stay again.

Charming Cottage

Myself and my SO enjoyed our stay at this charming cottage. The only disappointment was that we could not stay longer. Our host, Mr. Canady, provided us with everything that we needed and more. We look forward to returning to this house in the future. Thank you again!
