La playa está a pocos pasos de distancia! No hay estacionamiento público en la calle, así que tienes la playa para ti.

The house was perfect for our family vacation. Great location. Easy to gather many for meals etc. Bryant Realty does a great job communicating with the guests. We are had a great time from age 2 through age 78. Couldn’t have been better

So comfortable

This property was a perfect location, very clean, and has a great floor plan. The porch is wonderful. It could use some basic maintenance and refresh, but nothing that impeded our enjoyment of the week. One thing to be aware is the bed in the second bedroom on the first floor is very high off the floor, so it is not appropriate for a senior citizen who cannot safely climb up onto it.

Great Stay!

The beachfront house is clean and nicely decorated. Rooms are spacious; the back porch is lovely; the family room is large and could accommodate a large family; the kitchen is bright and well-stocked. A short walk in the back yard to the beach was the best part of the stay! We'll come back for sure :-)

Great start to the summer

We had a great time at this house. The location is perfect, great view of the ocean, quiet neighborhood. The decks and hammock are very relaxing. We were blessed with beautiful weather. We ate most dinners at home because the view from the dining table was better than any restaurant in town.

Lovely location with ocean view. The house needs some caring for. Needs paint and a good cleaning.

This property is in a wonderful location. It offers and incredible view of the ocean. The kitchen and furnishings are adequate. However the walls looked like they had not been painted in years. Some of the furnishings were rather worn. A bathroom vent had significant mold. Could be an excellent rental if given some attention.

2 week family vacation

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Management was helpful. House was clean. The new doors and windows were very nice. The one big issue we had was the double bed in the downstairs bedroom is TERRIBLY SQUEAKY. The couple that stayed there were not comfortable. As hosts we felt badly. Also the double bed upstairs needs a new mattress. A couple of new mattresses and a new bed frame would be greatly appreciated. It may be a deal breaker for our staying there next year. We try to treat the house as we would treat our own. We are careful with everything, We clean up each day. We keep sand out. I organized the very disorganized kitchen when we were there. I called the management to see if they would provide a utility broom so I could clean out the basement area and I was told to use the kitchen broom. Also there were no TV instructions which can be frustrating.

Worse vacation spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: from the first day we arrived we had problems with the unit. We arrived on Sunday and the AC was not working. Property Management sent over a tech but he was unable to fix, stated the whole system needs replaced, and he had to call a HVAC Tech. The tech increased the fan speed and said system had a leak. it was only a temp fix. 4 days later we were without ac again. Cable in 2nd floor bedroom didn't work, spectrum had to send out a new box. Arrived after we left. Back doesn't have a track and it difficult to open. 2nd floor tub has a clog and drains slowly.

Great House, Location, needs some minor improvements.

Getting the keys package and returning them from Bryant Realty was exceptionally smooth and easy. Great premium location on Wrightsville Beach. Very spacious house with easy access to the beach, right down the back stairs off the deck and up a short path. Space for 4-6 cars with 3-4 in a garage. Great covered main level deck with privacy from the beach because of the sand dunes, exceptional kitchen, very well appointed. Close to food shopping at Harris Teeter, and some nice restaurants, South Beech Grill and Blue Water Grill. Great seafood can be purchased to cook at Motts Channel Seafood, what a great store. Outstanding key lime pie sold there too! The main level deck has plenty of chairs and a nice hammock, enjoyed by all at one point or another. The beach behind the house has good waves for surfing and body boarding but should be done with caution as rip tides can be present, and if windy it can be very rough. The upper-level deck is not covered but has a magnificent view of the beach but can be very hot. The main living and dining areas are great, spacious open concept. ……why only 4 stars…. The furniture is dated and needs a good cleaning (there was dried catchup on a couch cushion), the rugs going up the stairs and on level 3 are very worn and stained and many of the walls are marked up. The house was clean but could have been cleaner, found a mask between furniture in the living room, 3rd level shower has very poor lighting and there were dead bugs on the floor of the shower. The furniture on the deck needs new cushions and some of the chairs on the deck are in rough shape. The water was not turned on to the outdoor hose or the outdoor shower outback, we went through the garage but could not see how to turn it on, it should have been on already. It would be nice if beach chairs were provided as we flew in and could not bring our own. The top 2 bad…. 1. Grill- There is a grill shell under the deck that looks like it was used for target practice by the Battleship NC, it’s an eye sore and gross, throw it out….the “working grill” was covered by a disgusting grill cover, and the 3 burners of this very cheap grill did not function, 1 burner did not work at all and the 2nd and 3rd only lit half way, it was dirty, and we could not use it. A beach house at this price should have a nice functioning grill. It was very disappointing not to have one available. 2. The back sliding door to the main level deck-PLEASE FIX THIS. Nice stay

I really loved the location. The home was spacious and had a great view of the beach. It could use some up keep. Rug was dirty, walls were stained and dirty, shower curtain was moldy, garage also had a lot of mold on ceilings, the porch could use a power wash and door to patio was very heavy and difficult to open and close. There were a lot of bugs inside the home some very tiny and some were big. Could probably use an exterminator. Other than that, it had everything we needed for our stay and we all had a fun time.

Crane Outstanding, Not!

Safety gate on deck broken.3. Outdoor shower did not work.4. Old ugly rusted out grill (still there) replaced by a $99 grill so dirty that gas jets clogged and would not work properly. Cheap!5. One master bath sink drained so slow you couldn’t use.6. All toilets way too low & cramped. Had a toilet elevator with handles in closet. Guess the owners thought was cheaper than replacing toilets.7. 2nd lower level bed squeaks every time you move and mattresses downstairs and up old.8. Broken recliner9. Beautiful view from upstairs deck, but need to walk thru someone’s bedroom to get to.10. Deck view lower level obstructed by dunes. Can only see ocean, not beach.11. Door from garage to back so swollen can barely open or close.12. No tv remote instructions 12. Poorly organized and laid out kitchen and no plastic plates or bowls.These are things you should not experience when you pay premium price for a rental. It is clearly in need of improvements and updates, not bandaids.

Lovely Oceanfront Property

We had a wonderful week at this rental. Great location to the beach and perfect size house for our group (3 couples and 2 kids). Floor plan was convenient and spacious, although the kids room had the balcony on the 3rd floor. I would have preferred the twins be swapped with the queen room upstairs for safety and to utilize the balcony. Beds were not the most comfortable, but I would definitely recommend.

A perfect Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Every aspect of our stay at 12 Crane was truly wonderful, from beginning to end. The home is filled with natural light, is very spacious, and has a happy vibe. The street is quiet (there is no public parking), and the the views are breathtaking. The hammock on the main deck offers a peaceful retreat and both decks have ample room from which to enjoy the beach. We rarely went down to the beach except to walk because the decks provided the same experience without the sand. The house was well furnished with everything we needed and lots of extras. Haley and Steve at R Bryant were wonderful to work with from start to finish and were extremely responsive. After checking out I received a call from R Bryant that the cleaning people had found cash that I had stashed in a closet and they wanted to return it to me - a solid, trustworthy company for sure. My only hesitance in writing this review is the fear that the home will no longer be available when we'd like to rent it!
