With 2 bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 trundle bed (2 twins), it offers a tremendous space for guests to relax and unwind. New backyard renovations include large back patio, propane fire pit and 4 hole putting green! The 2 bathrooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a hair dryer. Additionally, there is an enjoyable additional space in the form of a living room with a cozy sofa bed. Whether you're exploring the city or simply enjoying the comforts of this delightful property, we think our place will help you experience everything College Station has to offer.

This property is located behind a full time rental to Texas A&M students! Thanks and Gig Em!

This is the perfect spot to land in Aggieland, especially on a game weekend! Very comfortable home in quiet neighborhood. The backyard is so nice! It is a guest house behind a house full of students who were quiet and courteous.

The place is very spacious and welcoming. Has a really nice outdoor space perfect for family gatherings. The place is walking distance to TAMU. It would be perfect for football weekends. My visit was in the spring…equally convenient for my needs.

Great location, great cottage!

We stayed here while our kiddo was attending Aggie Soccer Camp. Was conveniently located just a few minutes from the playing fields and right near the stadiums. Property was spotless and well appointed. Both bedrooms had plenty of room and comfy beds. Kitchen had all you need to cook a tasty meal and enjoy a cup of coffee.Stephanie was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.

Comfortable Guesthouse Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO guesthouse! The property is located in the back of the main house. One feature we especially appreciated was the extra security locks on the doors, which made us feel safe and at ease throughout our stay. This stay was exactly what we needed for a quick visit to College Station to see our son. The house was immaculately cleaned, contained everything that we needed and is fabulously located. The host has put together a perfect online information manual for your use while at the house but also responded very quickly with the information that I overlooked in the maual.

Stephanie graduated from Texas A&M in 2015 and she actually lived in the front house on the property for most of her time in college. There’s something special about the historic district and we hope you feel its energy while staying here! The historic is a very student heavy neighborhood so you’ll feel like you’re back in college during your stay.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our short walk to campus and Kyle Field makes us very special. We can see the back on the Jumbotron from the backyard. We also can easily walk to Olsen Field for Aggie baseball and Reed arena for Aggie Basketball or graduation!
