Overall this place was beautiful. Looked exactly like the pictures. Host was very responsive over WhatsApp And helped us arrange couple of massage therapists to come to the Villa.
You definitely need four-wheel drive or a really good all-wheel drive vehicle. Over 20 minutes of driving on minimum maintenance road to get there. Don't plan on any quick runs to the store or to town. You are looking at at least 30 minutes each way. That's not necessarily negative, but people should be aware.
We showed up and there was zero hot water. The hot water heater had been unplugged and the valves had been closed. Nobody bothered to turn it back on before we arrived.
The hot tub was cold when we first arrived. Took about 24 hours for it to finally get up to temperature but once it did it was great.
The Villa could have been cleaned better. In my estimation it had been cleaned a few weeks prior so it just had the usual dust and bugs you would expect collecting over a couple weeks.
None of the patio furniture was set up for us. It was all stacked as if it had been put away for the season. A small inconvenience but, if I had guesss arriving I would make sure this was set up for them.
None of these are major issues, but when you rent a place in this price range, my expectations were a little higher.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and I would come back again. But I also like to leave honest reviews so people have clear expectations.
