Our cozy studio is a compact, boutique-style retreat — about 100 square feet, similar in size to a modern hotel room. It’s thoughtfully designed for one or two guests who appreciate comfort and privacy in a smaller space.

Inside, you’ll find a comfortable king bed, a new tile bathroom, and direct access to your private deck featuring a year-round hot tub and a gas fire table.

The studio is located on the lower level of a larger rental, with a separate entrance and a locked door between units to ensure complete privacy. Like any apartment setting, you may occasionally hear soft noise from above, but quiet hours from 11 PM – 8 AM keep things peaceful.

The neighborhood is very safe and walkable, perfect for an evening stroll. There are restaurants and shops just a 1 minute drive away, and two grocery stores within a mile.

For direct bookings and those made through Vrbo/Expedia, a $200 pre-authorization hold will be placed on your card for damages. Nothing will be charged unless we notify you of any damages. Hotels require a deposit hold as well. Book now for a luxurious and private stay in Fayetteville!

The perfect choice for an overnight getaway. We planned an overnight to explore Green Lakes State Park and this suite was only 11 minutes from the park. The accommodations were perfect. High end amenities, right down to the fresh roses.

Cozy and cute

Wonderful stay on a quiet street. Room was clean that had a gas fireplace and a king bed. Communication was great with Lisa.

Perfection

The Lola is such a lovely, cozy suite! The amenities and features were amazing, especially the bathroom, hot tub, bed, lighting fixtures, and fireplace. The only thing I wished is if check-in was a couple hours earlier to give more time to enjoy our stay! If you’re looking for a perfect spot to relax and enjoy yourself, this is it!

Absolutely amazing!! I can’t say enough good things about this place!! They owners are so thoughtful to have literally everything you can possibly think of for you in this room!! Adorable and convenient

This was the sweetest place that we have ever stayed. Super clean, convenient, comfortable and thoughtful. We stayed here after a concert at Beak & Skiff and it was perfect and relaxing. Especially the little patio and hot tub. Thank you so much for having us. We’ll definitely be back!!

Getaway

Our getaway two nights stay was very relaxing. The amenities were on Point everything was covered if we forgot something it was there and then some had some nice Extra touches. The only thing I could say is that I wish I had a bigger bathroom, but it was hooked up nice and the hot tub was amazing. We definitely would go back. , thank you for the time and effort you put into making our stay a relaxing comfortable one

Best little getaway EVER!

This was our first getaway as a couple, and we absolutely enjoyed everything. She truly thought of everything when putting this guest room together. I even decided to purchase the Babor products for myself, at home, after falling in love with them this past weekend!! The bed and bedding is SUPER comfy, towels are great quality, and the warming toilet seat, OMG! Thank you for a wonderful guest room for our stay. We plan to book again in the fall!

I couldn't have asked for a better place to rest our heads for the night. We went to the New York State Fair to see a concert and needed a place to sleep for one night. We looked at hotels in the area but due to the Fair, everything was overly priced and/or only hotels with poor reviews were available. We decided to take a chance with staying here and we're pleasantly surprised!! The host was communicative and helpful with ensuring we were comfortable with coming in after our trip to the Fair (after 10pm). When we walked in the room, it was extremely welcoming. Everything you could ever ask for in a stay was available and then some!! One of the biggest surprises was the heated toilet seat with warm bidet and drying feature. Not necessary but a welcome addition. Everything was clean and tidy with notes around the room to indicate personal elements of the host, how to use/find something or just a little tip/trick. I will note that the host lives upstairs from the unit which doesn't bother us, but may bother some individuals. Though, definitely did make us try to be as quiet as possible arriving so late. We thought the welcome screen on the TV was a nice touch, with personal details, WiFi password (note: it shows the first letter is capital on TV but the first letter actually is lower case), and recommendations for closeby restaurants, stores and nature spots! Overall, it felt very welcoming and was a comfortable place to spend a night.

Great little space!

This was honestly the cleanest, most well thought out air b&b we have ever stayed at. When I say that everything was thought of, I mean it! I could have went on this trip with only the clothes on my back, and would have had everything I needed to get through the weekend comfortably! Lisa went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. I, really, could not say enough good things about the entire experience. If you're thinking of booking, do it!! You'll thank me later. 😊

I'll never trust you again. It was akin to fraud and the owner said she would only bill for two dth.

Never again. You participated in a sham. Bathroom 20 square fett. Room under 200 Square feet. Not sage for older person. She said she was Gonma Charhe for Two days when i left.

Almost perfect

I really wanted to give a perfect rating however a few things fell short for us. The space was extremely nice and comfortable. It was extremely well thought out and amenities galore. As a woman I appreciated all the little details. Spa like toiletries and bedding I plan to find and purchase for me! Having a little fire table and hot tub was certainly an extra perk for much needed R&R. We knew this was a guest suite and attached to a home. It is attached to the owner's prime residence therefore they are on property. No big deal until we arrived and could hear little dogs barking on the other side of the wall and someone sneezing. It didn't make it feel as private as I had hoped. We were offered complimentary beverages and a snack for arrival but they were not provided. Again no big deal but we had planned for these and had to make an extra trip back out after traveling. Lastly, we were woken by what sounded like a small mouse scurrying in the wall. As home owners ourselves we get this can happen. We found the tiny hole chewed through the drywall and informed the homeowner only to be advised it was a squirrel and they knew it was an issue. This was not the sounds of a squirrel and the hole was definitely from a mouse. Again we get things happen like this as homeowners but wished we were informed ahead of time that they were actively trying to catch it and we may hear it. We would still stay here again as it certainly felt more comfortable than staying at a hotel.

Significant Details to Consider When Booking

Room, outside deck, features, perks and amenities are all top notch. The host will want to know “exactly” what time you will arrive so as to make sure there are treats waiting for you upon arrival (nice but I arrived 20 minutes later than I estimated and personally like flexibility when paying to stay somewhere). Also, I would’ve liked to know when I booked this that the hosts live in the house and sleep above the room. The description is a little misleading as there wouldn’t be any noise complaints per se. The noise complaints will come from the host themselves who sleep in the room above the one shown here. As what happened to me in the morning when I received a text that the boyfriend couldn’t sleep because, he said I had the TV up. I did not have the TV on. I was on the phone, but it was just me. I casually mentioned the idea of sound panels at which point the host told me that they never had that problem and the only time somebody was that loud was a married couple fighting. So I felt a little bit uncomfortable and didn’t really want to stay the second night, however I already paid for it soI just made sure I did not talk on the phone after 10 and frankly felt as though they could hear every move I made throughout the day. The other thing that put me off a little bit I received a text at 9:45 Am The walls are thin and I was on the phone at night and received a text in the morning saying that I had my TV on all night and they would appreciate it if I could keep it down.
