Unit 301 is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2060 square feet unit on the 3rd floor, with a 300 square feet patio overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a master bathroom with a custom built walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed and an attached guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen size beds. The 4th bedroom has 2 full size beds. The 3rd and 4th bedroom has a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Unit has wooden floors throughout. Occupancy is 12 people.

I think this was the worst year. Dirty bed. Appeared to have leaves of some type in one of the beds. The shower curtain in one bathroom had mold on it. Maintenance had to replace a standby refrigerator while we were in the room. This could have been put off until we checked out. The standby was working fine. The tv setup is BAD! This has always been this way. We like Coral Reef because of the parking and because we need a four bedroom. We are trying to find a different place to stay in 2025. If the rates continue to go up there will probably be plenty of rooms available

We were disappointed about the ice machine gone this year, only to be replaced by a machine that dispensed ice at almost $7.00 per bag. However we worked around it and enjoyed our stay. His hands and legs were blackish from the dirt on the floors.Rug needs cleaning. Housekeeping needs to do better. They are more interested in getting in and out. We will stay again...I hope it is cleaner next year.
