Unit 501 is a 4 Bedroom 3 Bath, 2060 square feet unit on the 5th floor with a 300 square balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Kitchen is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker. The Master BR has a king size bed with an attached master bathroom equipped with a jetted tub/shower combo. The 2nd BR has a King size Bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 3rd BR has 2 Queen beds. 4th BR has a Queen and a Full size bed. 3rd and 4th bedroom share a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Bedrooms are newly carpeted, kitchen, hallway and living room has luxury vinyl plank flooring. Unit occupancy is 12 people.

We love the location, two pools, no wait elevators, and parking on the grounds. Unit 501 was absolutely perfect and we have already booked for next summer. It is clean and comfortable, well stocked kitchen with comfy beds and enough room for our entire family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Coral Reef. The unit was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and there was a great family atmosphere. It is a very quiet resort and never seemed crowded. The only drawbacks to the unit were that the kitchen could be stocked better (needs non-stick cookware, etc...) and that the tile shower in the ocean-side master bath needs cleaned. It had a lot of mildew/mold. These were minor inconveniences that would not deter us from staying again.

Great Place to Stay

Reviewer Comments: Arriving at night, with the lights inside showing the two master bedrooms (each with a bathroom), showed a beautifully laid out and decorated rooms. The view from the balcony was beautiful showing the gorgeous gulf sunsets over the water. The staff was friendly...we never seem to be a bother to them...they were always willing to give us information and sometimes just chat. Comradery with others staying there is strong with activities and friendliness unlike I have seen at other condos. The exercise equipment was very nice, too.

We had eight adults, and there was plenty of room for everyone. I have one suggestion. Please be sure the televisions are in operating order, and have instructions printed out as to how to operate them. This was the only headache we had. It was a fun and relaxing week!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was gorgeous, however it was not cleaned thoroughly. There were used napkins/ Kleenex in the couch cushions- the carpets may have been vacuumed but the vacuum cleaner itself was not picking up. We discovered the reason- the power brush head was not turning due to a broken belt- we found several items under the beds, socks, small toys, hair scrunches, used napkins, etc- cleaning service definitely didn’t do their job at this condo.

Fun at the Beach!

The living room has a new brown sectional sofa that is very comfortable and roomy. It was clean and the condo staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great because it is close to several good restaurants and easy to get in and out of. There is a Winn Dixie just a few miles away that had everything we needed, including a spirits store attached. Overall a great experience and we will definitely be returning next year!
