Located On Beautiful Amelia Island, on the south end of Resort-Omni Amelia Island, in Beach Walker, this condo is a dream. It has oceanfront and Ocean Views, as well as pool views.


Newly renovated-January 2024- and updated with new kitchen appliances, the Kitchen Aid refrigerator has water and ice filtered through the door and the LG stove has an air fryer... and LVP throughout the entire property. 4 Bedrooms and 3 baths. 2 KING bedrooms having ensuite baths. Tub and shower combos in each. New mattresses and upgraded bedding for a good night's restful slumber! High-speed WIFI & smart TVs in every room with APP connections. The living room has a 50-inch smart screen.


This relaxing and comfortable property offers ample space for guests to unwind. With 4 bedrooms, including 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 full-size beds, this relaxing and comfortable property offers ample space for guests to unwind. The 3 bathrooms, complete with a hair dryer, provide soothing retreats after a day of exploration. We had the perfect stay! The host was great communicating with us and also very helpful pre-stocking the house with items for our kids to make the arrival much easier. Quick walk down to the beach! And you can watch the sunsets and sunrises from the balcony!

This was our first family vacation to Amelia Island. We picked the perfect condo for our 5 adults and 2 babies. We found the condo clean and well appointed for our needs. We really enjoyed the pool which was just a short walk away. The view from the upper deck of the pool area was fabulous! The beach was a pretty good hike down a walkway. Dee , the manager, was very prompt with her communication. Thanks!!

Booking again for next summer!

We had a lovely stay in Amelia Island and the condo was perfect for our family. The condo itself was well taken care of and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We loved playing games at the table! The 3 levels allowed space for those who wanted a bit of peace and quiet. Dee was great and a great communicator. We plan to book again for next summer!

Awesome Family Vacation

We are regulars at Amelia Island (usually every other year). This is our second stay at this condo complex. Both times have been great. We chose this unit this year because it had 4 BR. We have 4 children, plus a couple of friends. The condo was perfect for our needs. And convenient to the Omni (where I had a conference Wed-Sat). Dee, the property manager, was attentive to our needs and stayed in contact with us throughout our stay. 5 stars all around. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Family vacation/reunion

This property exceeded our expectations in every way! Dee was an amazing host, thought of every detail in her upgrades in this property! We had a horrible rental experience and had to rebook a new place super last min. Dee met us at the property to ensure we were all set! Throughout the week if I had any questions Dee responded right away! The furnishings are amazing, super comfy beds, just gorgeous! This was a very important and special week for our family and we Couldn’t have had a better host or home!

Spring break family vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Beachwalker. Dee was wonderful with communication throughout the booking process to the check in. The condo is supplied with everything you need. Location and amenities are perfect to allow you to relax. It was our family of 5 (3 kids, ages 2,4,8) and their grandparents. This area is very family oriented and was perfect for us. We were very close to downtown but really enjoyed just walking around the villa area which included shops, the beach, pool, playgrounds and golf course area. My husband and I had date nights at the Omni restaurants which were easy to walk to from the villa. We fell in love with Amelia Island and hope to be back next year!

Great family vacation.

The unit is better than the pictures show. We ate in most all meals. The kitchen is the best equipped that I have experienced. Beautiful sunrises out from our living room. Spectacular sunsets from 3rd floor elevator. We loved the spacious living and kitchen area with all the modern upgrades and conveniences. We will definitely visit again. We had 5 adults and 2 children and plenty of room. Bathrooms are small but well supplied. Thank you, Dee!!

The perfect family vacation spot!

The condo was absolutely perfect - a 10 out of 10! It was recently remodeled and not a single detail had been overlooked. It is adorably decorated and had plenty of space for our group of 6. There were more than enough towels and the kitchen was stocked better than any unit I've rented before. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Look forward to staying at this unit again!
