Welcome to Pointe Creek, a dreamy desert escape in the highly sought after city of Indian Wells. Every inch of this gorgeous home has been meticulously restored. The home is set in The Village neighborhood and offers an easy and scenic five minute drive to world class golf, shopping, dining, events and more. Enjoy the sunny desert days and golden sunsets as you unwind by the pool and soak in the spa. Pointe Creek at Indian Wells is truly a desert gem.
The home sits on a private and tucked away cul-de-sac in the Village, walking distance to the Indian Wells Tennis grounds and shuttles for high-profile events. Newly upgraded pool and spa, landscape lighting, chefs kitchen, newly designed interior/bathrooms and thoughtful details throughout the home.

There are 4 bedroom and 3 bathrooms. There is a primary suite that opens to the backyard patio and a second en-suite with its own private bathroom.
The open-concept living room and kitchen are perfect to create family memories. The oversized kitchen island, Thor appliances, and glass door sliders opening to the private backyard and pool.
The fully enclosed backyard features a salt water pool and spa with 4 chaise sun loungers, a fire pit and 4 Adirondack chairs and separate teak seating area for 6. Please note pool heating is charged as a separate fee. See below for details.

PRIMARY SUITE - King Bed, 55” Samsung SmartTV, glass slider with blackout shades, comfy couch. Ample room to get ready in the attached bathroom with double sinks, full-length wardrobe mirrors and closet, oversized shower, freestanding tub and separate lavatory. LED mirrors, agglomerate marble floor.
SECOND EN-SUITE - King Bed, 55” Samsung SmartTV, full length wardrobe mirrors and closet, blackout shades, and switch on reading lamps. Attached private bathroom features marble tile floor, delta fixtures, hand-held fixtures, and LED mirror.
BEDROOM 3 - King Bed, 55” Samsung SmartTV, blackout shades, reading lamps, full-length wardrobe mirrors and closet, workstation and desk chair and foot lounger.
BEDROOM 4 - Queen Bed, Samsung SmartTV, full length wardrobe mirrors and closet, blackout shades, and reading lamps.
3RD BATHROOM - frameless glass oversized shower, 36” vanity, hooks for robes and towels.

-Dining area: seating for 6
-Kitchen: Thor appliances, 6 burner stove and single oven, French door fridge/freezer, pull out drawer microwave and dishwasher. Oversized waterfall quartz island, island seating for 4, and dimmable pendant lights. Utensils, inside/outside dishwaRE, blender, toaster, coffee pot, brita water filter, small appliances, and more.
INTERNET, AC/HEAT, TVs:
-500 Mbps fiber internet
-TVs: Samsung SmartTVs in all bedrooms and living room. Simple sign in to any of your apps.
-AC/Heat: Nest mounted thermostat
MISC:
-Whirlpool washer and dryer. Detergent pods, dryer sheets and stain treatment provided.
-General household cleaning supplies provided: LG cordless vacuum, broom, electric blower, wipe up towels and bucket, swiffer
-Wireless chargers in bedrooms and living room. Numerous USB 2.0 and USB C outlets throughout the home.
-All film and photo shoots require written consent including a separate location agreement.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have access to the entire property EXCEPT the garage.

-Cameras: For your safety and the safety of others we have 4 exterior cameras including the front door, driveway, front yard and backdoor. Recordings remain private and may be used to monitor occupancy and other policies.
-Parking: The driveway can accommodate 4 vehicles. NO Street parking allowed per city ordinance.
-Safety: fire extinguisher under kitchen sink, hard wired carbon monoxide alarm, hard wired smoke alarm. First aid kit on site.
-Maintenance: landscaper on Wednesday, pool on Tuesday and Friday, trash on Monday
-Pool heating requests must be made 72 hours in advance of check-in. Pool heating is an additional $94 per day for the length of your stay. Max heated pool temp is 86. Spa and pool cannot be heated simultaneously. (Please note heating request when booking. Fees paid prior to check-in)
