The space
Three Bedrooms:
Master: The master suite features a king bed and private en-suite. (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom features two twin beds. (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3: The third bedroom can be used as either a bedroom or office, with a daybed with trundle and a desk.
All bedrooms are upstairs.

Master en-suite
Jack-and-jill bath between bedrooms 2 and 3
Half bath downstairs
Parking: The home features a one car garage and one space for parking behind the garage. Parking stickers are required by the HOA. Street parking is not allowed and is strictly enforced.
-Pet friendly with a pet fee - 2 pets maximum unless previously discussed with owner.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the townhome in addition to the community pool, which is just a few minutes walk down the street.
Other things to note
Guests will be required to sign a lease for the terms in which they are renting, as required by the HOA.
