On ground floor there are 2 bedrooms. One of them is a large one that has a bed for two and a single bed. On upper floor there are 3 bedrooms. The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration of beautiful region.

We know, plans can change. We aim to be flexible. If you cancel, despite the default cancellation policy, we give a 50% refund, with the possibility of a higher refund or a voucher for future use.

Villa is only rented as a complete unit, meaning all areas shown are for your use only.
Other things to note
Holiday home ideal for families, couples, and business trips. NOT suited for groups of under-25s due to past issues with young male-only groups.

Parties are not allowed, especially as we're located in a residential area. Noise levels have to be low after 23:00h, in line with local house rules.

Check-in and check-out during July and August are on the weekends. For different arrangements, please message us in advance; we’re flexible. We ensure the property is thoroughly cleaned before each guest, following current cleaning guidelines.
