FAMILY ROOM: Queen sofa bed, 2x Accent chairs.
SUN ROOM: 2x Accent chairs.
LAUNDRY ROOM: Washer and Dryer - Detergent provided.
GUEST BATHROOM 1: Shower/Tub combo - Located between Guest BR 2 & Guest BR 3.
HALF BATHROOM: Located in the hallway between Master BR & Guest BR 1.
GARAGE: Two car garage filled with beach chairs, boogie boards, and pool noodles.

BACKYARD: Massive heated swimming pool, cabana with gas fire pit, propane grill, 4x chaise lounges, large umbrella, and plenty of outdoor seating.
DRIVEWAY: Off-Street parking for 5 standard size vehicles.
COMMUNITY WALKING TRAILS: Vail Point Park has a gazebo, kid's playground and walking trails that lead to the intracoastal waterway (Matanzas River).
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home.

Check-in details will be provided the morning of check-in.

Guests will access the home through the smart lock - Code will be provided the morning of check-in.

Other things to note
HEATED POOL: Pool will be heated from November through April. We keep a pool temperature of 80F - Outside of the months of November through April, guests can request to heat the pool for a charge of $250.

**Due to the heating system on the pool, the pool heater will only work at outdoor temperatures of 60 degrees or warmer**.

PET-FRIENDLY (Up to 4 dogs, dogs only):

All pets must be approved by host before check in. We have a pet fee of $189.00.

Please bring your pet blankets or beds as needed as pets are not allowed to lay directly on the furniture or linens – For any pet related damage a fee of $300.00 will be charged or the cost to replace the damaged item in the house.
**PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE POOL** NO CATS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY.
