The Shores se encuentra a solo un salto de Crescent Beach o Downtown St. Agustín y, al mismo tiempo, tiene su propia gran cantidad de comodidades y actividades para todos los estilos de vacaciones. Disfruta de 3 piscinas, tenis, campos de pelota, senderos, el exclusivo muelle de pesca, todo bajo un dosel de viejos robles que levanta las almas. Cozy river view condo

We enjoyed our stay in this well appointed, clean and cozy condo. The check-in was easy and the property manager was extremely helpful and gave us suggestions for places to eat and explore. We especially enjoyed the wonderful view from the lanai. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful place to stay. Exceptionally clean. Check in was a breeze, Fantastic communication with the owner. View from the lanai was fabulous. Private, quiet, and had everything we could have possibly needed. Would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful experience

Excellent location and views are spectacular. Host is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Place is spot less and well stocked, decor is warm and inviting. Definitely recommend and we looking forward to staying here again. Highly recommend best unit around

Conquistador Condo

We have stayed in many of the Conquistador properties and this was one of the Best! The owner, Carla, was very easy to reach and very accommodating! The unit was well appointed, super clean and very comfortable! We will be back for sure!

Literally bring nothing

This property had absolutely everything you need for a week at the beach. Even full bottles of shampoo, conditioner and soap in the showers. The kitchen was fully set up for cooking dinners in. Would definitely recommend staying here.

It was great

Peaceful Stay

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was extremely nice and peaceful. This condo was located on the end so we didn't run into many people coming and going. There isn't any tv's in the bedrooms, which I didn't even notice when reviewing and it may not even matter to some, but I know for someone like me who enjoys the background noise it would be nice to have. The host was extremely nice and helpful

Serene Escape

This was our second stay at this condo and again we had a hard time leaving! It is an end unit so we rarely ran into anyone the entire time we were there. The view from the living room and porch was just amazing. We had everything we needed and found it exceptionally clean. The beds and couches were comfortable and it had just the right amount of room. We were in close distance of St. Augustine, Crescent Beach, and Matanzas Inlet. During our last visit we visited the fort and the Fountain of Youth, which we loved, and this time we went to the Alligator Farm and thoroughly enjoyed it. My husband spent time fishing at the dock on the property and from the beach. Can’t wait until we can come back!!!

Graduation trip was a success!

Beautiful location

The condo was in a quiet neighborhood and the views were amazing. Check in was easy and Carla was responsive to any questions that we had. The condo was clean and exactly as described.

Peaceful Getaway

This property was so enjoyable that we did not want to leave. Every morning my husband and I walked on the oak covered trail and then sat under the shade on the dock to fish for a couple of hours. Afternoons were spent on Crescent Beach or Matanzas Inlet sunning and fishing. We also visited the fort and the Fountain of Youth in St. Augustine on separate days. The condo was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed, even coffee pods and chocolate! In the evening we enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the wildlife and boats going by on the intracoastal waterway. The complex was very quiet the entire time. We absolutely loved our stay!

Million Dollar View

This place is the best kept secret on VRBO!!! We stayed in this LOVELY condo for three months during quarantine. 3 not just 1 pools. One heated. This condo is located RIGHT ON THE INTRA COASTAL!!! We woke to all the birds singing in the trees. We have already booked for next year. You’ll love it. Oh and 12 minutes from the beach. Who could ask for more?

What a View!!

The location of the property was amazing! The view was stunning. Everything in the condo was decorated tastefully and we absolutely loved the screened in patio that overlooked the river. This place deserved a 5 star rating.

We just FELL IN LOVE with The Shores from the very first time we saw it. The porch overseeing the water and wildlife is our Happy Place and we go back there whenever there is a gap between our beloved guests.

This place is so special because we can be on the beach or downtown in 10-15 minutes but when we tire from the action, it is so nice to enjoy the beauty, comfort and amenities of this area. We are truly blessed to be able to use and share this unique space.
