Hi-Tech Condo is a short drive to the National Mall [10 mins] & Union Market [5 mins].

This quaint 1 bedroom, 1 bath top floor condo boosts tons of natural light and is an oasis to escape to after exploring the nation`s capital. This unit has an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. There is access to a full-size washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen is fully stocked, so you can wake up to make a fresh cup of coffee or tea, or make breakfast before a day of tours.

This house is built prior to 1960 which means that the basement will be the coldest and the top floor will be the warmest. In an effort to ensure everyone staying at the property is comfortable, we provide portal/ceilings and portable heat sources

This location offers ample, free street parking. It would be best to use a vehicle or ride share. The bus stop is approximately 0.1 miles away.

This unit is tech savvy. There are instructions on how to use the kitchen faucet and shower head to avoid confusion. There is also bluetooth speakers thorough the unit in the ceilings.
