**This home is not suitable for small children because of steep steps**

This property is 3 stories:

Main/First Floor - you enter the main floor from the street up 6 steps. There is a living room, dining room, kitchen, and semi-private work space. There is access to the backyard as well.

Top Floor - Primary bedroom (king bed), 1 full bathroom, and second bedroom (queen bed)

Basement / Bottom Floor - Third bedroom (queen bed), 1 full bathroom, laundry room, and SPEAKEASY. You also have access to the backyard from this level

I. This property is one block from H Street which is filled with shops, restaurants (including Michelin Star restaurant), coffee shops, bars, and grocery stories.

II. We suggest using ride share in this area as parking can be a challenge if you're not used to living in a city. You must parallel park and can usually find a spot within 2-3 blocks from the property.

III. Steeper steps in home that have handrails and are well-lit.
